That was just how Kaladin interpreted it. Hoid's comments made it pretty clear that there were a lot of ways to interpret it. Kaladin interpreted it that way, for the same reason he called Szeth a coward. Szeth would interpret it another way, for his own reasons. Jasnah would probably interpret it yet another way.

It's been heavily implied that they are the Parshendi gods, who were Parshendi a long, long time ago and took on huge amounts of the power of Odium in order to destroy humanity. They probably have some relation to the various Voidforms, and each one has its own power. Moelach uses death to foresee the future, Nergaoul causes the Thrill, Re-Shephir makes Midnight Essence, etc.

Kelsier generally doesn't use spears or maces. He tends to rely on coins, with glass daggers as backup. Spears and maces have metal in them.

Most people aren't going to be Pushing or Pulling very hard with emotional Allomancy, because doing so makes it less effective. Whereas with Allomantic steel and Allomantic iron, they'll be Pushing and Pulling much harder. Also, the passive abilities of Allomantic steel and Allomantic iron can be useful. It's possible that Coinshots and Lurchers would be able to sense the bullet, even if they couldn't affect its course.

I agree that Kal could totally be bi, yes. One of my main ships is Kaladin/Axies, for reasons stated earlier. My issue is with a common misconception that annoys me a lot.

Absence of evidence is evidence of absence. However, the strength of the evidence is proportional to the strength of the evidence you would expect. It's called the conservation of expected evidence. Even in the best of cases, you wouldn't expect much evidence as to whether or not Kaladin is bi, so it doesn't provide enough evidence against to significantly affect the probability of him being bi.

Technically, it is. It's just not particularly strong evidence in this case, because we wouldn't expect much evidence.

Depending on how Soulbearer Ferrings would interact with Hemalurgy, you could take a double Nicrosil Twinborn, give them small spikes for all abilities (so they could remove the spikes without dying. Basically, like what happened to Spook), have them store Investiture for all the metals, then remove the spikes. They could then compound nicrosil, giving them an unlimited store of all the metals. Strength wouldn't be an issue, as they could use Allomantic duralumin with everything.

Just Reverse Lash the urinal. Then it will attract the stream. Or just Full Lash yourself to the ceiling, which provides a similar effect, except you get a headache.
