  1. FweedleOotTooty is simply because the kokopelli that suggested it plays the pipes. OoklaTheGamer seems to have something to do with the Ookla craze going round the 17th Shard right now. I don't understand it either, which is why I've taken the title Ookla the Confused. Are you into rock music? In which case, you could go for the Scadrial equivalent of HeavyMetal - InvestedIron. Or maybe become Sazed - HarmonysShard. Or perhaps become a Kandra - BonesOfKelsier.
  2. Can I be Ookla the confused?
  3. Yeah, I'd like to see them tie it into Agents of Shield too, but I doubt it. We might get a mention of the Sokovia Accords or something along those lines, but with Agents of Shield concentrating on the Inhumans, and the movies not even mentioning them, I don't think we will.
  4. This works for any metal that has 5 or less letters in its name... SteelCompounder
  5. I tend to agree with you, Kaid. I don't think Panda or Creccio are our Cultists. I am still curious about Panda's vote though. I'm also rather curious about Meta's suspicions of Alvron. He's mentioned them a few times, but shared no details. Meta, please share in case you are attacked again tonight? Also, how come you didn't vote for him if you were suspicious of him?
  6. It's doubly annoying living in the UK, since we don't even get the distractions that cause the week breaks. We don't have a superbowl, or thanksgiving to distract us from the lack of good TV coming out of the US that week. And yes, Roy is coming back, although like I said, I don't know for how long. I kinda got the impression on the article that is wasn't going to be a permanent thing. Shame really, as I thought he was a great character.
  7. I think they've developed it very well to lead Cap away from being a military 'Yes' man, and how Stark went from being the ultimate rebel to actually toeing the line. I don't think Thor is in this one, although I am hoping for a cameo from Daredevil (probably hoping in vain). Ok, I just watched it with sound, and wow!!! I'm with you though, Maill. Those three little words...
  8. This is actually a very good point. Something on Earth 2 must have changed the timeline, since the particle accelerator was built 5 years early on Earth 1, yet already exists on Earth 2. How do you guys in the US put up with television there? Does it not get annoying, having a season of a TV show broadcast, not only in two parts with a month long break in the middle, but taking off weeks here and there for pointless reasons - thanksgiving, superbowl, etc. I mean, would it not make more sense to have your favourite shows on TV during those times when you'll be sitting at home not doing much because the weather is too cold outside, and you are too stuffed with turkey? Finally, good news! Colton Haynes is returning to Arrow as Arsenal, although the article I saw does not say for how long. I'm really hoping though that they don't bring him back specifically to put him in the grave.
  9. Nice!!! Edit: Missed the lines though Watched it at work, so had to be on silent.
  10. I think Kobolds are cute, and used to play one in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay. As for the Doctor...
  11. Hi all, just checking in. I feel we should probably lynch Creccio for eating all the stew, but given that we are already nearing the end of the cycle, and we currently only have one vote for STINK and one for Ostrich, I'm going to choose one of them. About the only reasoning I can see is STINK has been in thread but not posted, and Ostrich hasn't, so far as we know. So, STINK.
  12. Yes, I placed the third vote on Shallan, and have regretted it ever since we discovered her role. I placed the first vote on Creccio because of the suspicious nature of her (his?) posts and PMs. Her/his posts during the rest of that cycle didn't exactly convince me of their innocence, and apparently it didn't convince anyone else either, otherwise he/she wouldn't have been lynched. As for Kipper, what lynch train? I've not seen a lynch train on Kipper, only a couple of votes placed with fairly good reasoning behind them. I thought you could scan alignments, Hellscythe. Or is it just roles? If it is the former, this is a pretty bold statement since it is obvious (to me at least) that you haven't scanned me.
  13. What post?
  14. So, if Ada is confirmed good, who else is? Also, Ada, I said I would analyse Orlok's posts last night but never got round to it. Going to go do it now. Edit: I've been through Orlok's posts (your search parameters worked perfectly, thanks, PK), and there are a couple of minor points that I'd be concerned about, but nothing major. He argued pretty much constantly for Wilson's death, posting several times that he was suspicious of her, mostly from PMs though, so he didn't provide any proof as to why. That's fair enough though, a lot of people post votes without giving detailed reasoning, myself included. He did defend BB from being scanned, but then, so did I, and for the same reason - Confirming Ada is friendly seemed more important. The rest of his posts are mostly arguing that Ada is taking on too much power and controlling the game, which I disagree with. I think the main point Orlok was missing is that Ada wasn't trying to control the game, but he was trying to keep us moving. All of Ada's "orders" were suggestions, nothing more. He did seem to keep swinging from "We don't know if Ada is trustworthy" to "Ada is spoiling the game by being mayor." It's these last two points that have me most concerned. Was he deliberately trying to cast Ada into an 'untrusted leader' role so we would lynch him, or did he really misunderstand Ada's posts so much? If it was the latter, he did have reason to mistrust Ada. There was an incident in an earlier cycle where Ada seemed to contradict himself, but again, this seemed to be Orlok taking Ada's suggestions as commands. In conclusion, I believe he is innocent (which probably means he is not).
  15. Point B... This is the obvious argument to make, as I predicted in my post earlier this cycle. And both Wilson and Kipper are both experienced enough players to know that this argument is obvious, so of course everyone will think 'Well, one of them is outed, the other must be innocent'. It is a dangerous play, but one well within their skill to pull off. Either of them get lynched, outed as guilty, and the suspicion on the other immediately drops to near zero. Point C... Trying to cast suspicion on Wilson for Kipper's decisions. This isn't helping your case, Kipper. I've already said that I could be way off base with this, but I find Kipper's post above to be not very convincing. I'll admit, this could be because I'm already viewing his posts in a suspicious light.
  16. "so the night will reign, for the choice of honor is life." I believe this is referring to Kaladin sacrificing Syl to survive his fall into the chasms. Edit: Basically, darkness/evil will win because the person who has embodied Honour since the start of the books has chosen to be selfish instead of embracing his fate.
  17. I'll have a look through his posts when I am at home tonight then, and see what I think. Then I'll suggest the opposite to you, given how reliable I've been so far this game, lol. Wilson's play to save BB on Day One is something else I'd assume no traitors would do. I don't think we can assume anything. Edit: By the way, does anyone know if there is a way to take a thread, and pick out one person's posts in that thread? Closest I can find is going to their profile and viewing their posts from there, but I can't see a way of narrowing them down to a specific thread.
