  1. Die, yes. Permadie? Probably not. The Fused and Odium likely would have worked out how to permakill the Heralds far sooner than they did if all it took was a shardblade.
  2. No. It's possible for them to have children, it's just not easy for them and it isn't the same as for everyone else. @meghanto - I think Chemoarsh is in the Davar household, but that's because I think Chemoarsh is something that was Unmade from Chana.
  3. Probably Thaid, JNV, or Xino. Or you and TUN. I'm always suspicious when player miss part of the game, but I always give a bit of leeway because it's typically RL stuff.
  4. Fantastic! Thanks
  5. @Frustration - You're one of the best sources of WoB that I've seen on this site... Can you answer this please? Has Brandon answered already about Vin hearing the "Pure Tones of Preservation/Scadrial" when she can hear the pulses from the Well of Ascension?
  6. There's a good question for Brandon - When Vin was hearing the pulses from the Well of Ascension, was she really hearing the pure tones of Preservation?
  7. So... Orlok, obviously. It looks like he's adopted Archer's aggressive stance towards me, and is twisting a lot of what I said in C1, just like Archer did. I realise that Archer turned out to be village (which means his posts make little sense to me right now), and I bet that Orlok is hoping that the reveal of Archer being village means that people will be more likely to follow him and vote on me. Sort of a "Look, the person going after Bort turned out to be innocent the whole time, Bort must be evil, come lynch him with me!" scenario. It gets rid of someone who had been considered village by a number of players, and a convenient target for the next mislynch.
  8. And of course daylight savings time would mean I get it wrong, lol. Just as I thought I was getting the hang of it Edit: 1701 Posts! This is my Enterprise post!!!
  9. I've been keeping track... Thaid (0) - Stick (1), Xino (1), Striker (1) TJ (3) - Archer, JNV, Mat (1), Xino (2) Bort (1) - Orlok Striker (2) - Stick (2), Mat (2) Archer (3) - TJ, Striker (2), Bort It's half an hour to rollover, right?
  10. Is this you admitting to being an elim? After all, you were the one looking to be lynched, until Xino moved their vote onto TJ. So, if the elims have moved their votes to protect someone... That someone must have been you.
  11. Really? You do realise that all three of these names are ALL voting for you, right? That seems like a really stupid thing for the elims to do. All vote for the same person.
  12. Why Striker over Archer? Or am I the only one who feels like Archer is twisting everything I say? That's why I'm voting Archer this cycle. It feels too convoluted to be innocent, although I don't see the point behind it.
  13. Sorry, can't resist this one, but as Brandon himself would say... RAFO!!!* *RAFO = Read And Find Out
  14. So, this is where I'm at right now... Stick and Thaid I'm fairly sure are village. Stick from his posts, and Thaid due to the rules clarification needed. Mat, JNV, TJ, and Orlok I think are village. They have done some decent analysis posts, although I do think we could do with seeing more from Orlok, as I only remember seeing that one massive post from him. Xino and Striker, possibly village? Archer - Definitely highest in my suspicions list right now, although I freely admit that might have something to do with how they have been misrepresenting whatever I've said this game, and they haven't explained why. TUN and Aman I think we could do with hearing more from so can't really say too much about them. So, my current best guess is Archer, along with likely two of Xino, TUN, Aman, or Striker. Out of these, I'd say I suspect Striker the least. Current Vote Count: Thaid (1) - Stick (1), Xino, Striker (1) TJ (2) - Archer, JNV, Mat (1) Bort (1) - Orlok Striker (2) - Stick (2), Mat (2) Archer (3) - TJ, Striker (2), Bort
  15. You really are twisting everything I've said this game, taking everything I say to the extreme. Why? As my last post explains, I was reading Stick as being more potentially village than Thaid. Why, in your head, does that translate to "hard committed to v!Stick"?
  16. Damn Orlok. That's one hell of a post! I didn't miss anything relevant to me, did I? So, the first post thing, about the Dragon's Fang. I didn't "propose a strategy" so much as throw an idea out for discussion. At the time, I was sat on the bus (the public transport kind, not the elim kind ), about 5 minutes before I was due to get off, and I wasn't going to be back for several hours at the earliest, so wasn't really thinking too much about strategy, just putting an idea out there. As for my vote, why Thaid and not Stick? Because I felt that Stick's posts were more helpful. Thaid's posts had next to no information in them, where Stick did seem to be trying to solve things, even if that turned out only to be "How can I survive?"
  17. Ah, I see. Thanks for explaining. So... Bandwagon is still the same, and bus is last-minute-elim-jumping-on-elim-exe. I got it now. Sorry for the confusion, lol. ******************************************* Bortington leaned down to examine the corpse of Stern, frowning as he looked it over. "This makes no sense, Luna. The Tashikki Brotherhood do not employ fake beards, so this one can't be part of the Brotherhood. So, why is everyone so sure they are? This looks to be a deeper conspiracy than I thought, Luna, and it's up to us to solve it." "I don't think it's the Brotherhood, Bortington," Luna tried to explain, patiently. "I don't even think we're on the right world for the Tashikki Brotherhood." "Nonsense, Luna!" Bortington rejected her comment. "You saw their pointed beard painted on that door. It MUST be them!" He wandered off, looking for more suspicious bearded people to interview. Luna gave a sigh and followed. Sometimes it was so painful to be the brains of an operation.
  18. This is an interesting question, but I'm going to say the answer is most likely no. The Investiture itself may become sapient, if there is enough of it. But we've seen no evidence suggesting that normal people on Roshar (as in, non-Radiants) can absorb stormlight, so I don't think it would matter how much Investiture there was in the aluminium room, they couldn't do anything with it.
  19. So @Amira, about the flashbacks... The opening scenes all have "X Years Later..." because the Stormlight Archives starts with a few historical scenes, before bringing us up to the current date. Later flashbacks will all start with "X Years Ago..." Enjoy the ride!
