Dark One Graphic Novel Coming 2020

I am super excited about this one. Dark One has always sounded really cool to me, and I'm stoked to read this!!

Really excited about this, but I'm also confused. I think Sanderson mentioned on Reddit either this week or last week that Dark One was going to have an audiobook component too. I'm wondering if that's taking the place of the television show, will be in addition to everything else, will be the prequel books he's talked about writing, or something else like misspeaking or a secret he'd been planning he let slip. 

Regardless, if everything goes well for the Jordan estate and Sanderson, we could have a very, VERY fun and filled 2020. 

I really want to watch the tv series (assuming its eventually greenlit) before the graphic novels since they will both be following the same storyline. I know there will be differences, but I'm under the impression that each will spoil the other, and I'd much rather experience the first tv adaptation of Brandon's works as completely new to me rather than the graphic novel. If I'm misinformed about how similar the tv show and the graphic novel will be, please let me know. Cause I'd really hate to have to wait to read the graphic novel.

I agree with you here. However, I approach this as a matter of preference- If it's gonna be a visual medium, then it has got to be fully visual, none of this inbetween graphic novel stuff.

as excited for the comic that I am, when is the prose coming out?!? I get a better grasp of the storyline when I read the text. When I got the White sand prose version, everything made sense!
