I Just Shard Myself!
If you were coming up with Radiant ideals for your order, what would they be? Conversely, if you had to pick five (5) ideals that define your life currently, what would they be? I’ll go first..... RADIANT ORDER: Grill Tenders 1. “Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination” 2. Marinade before grilling 3. Sear before lowering heat 4. Let rest before cutting/serving 5. I will stand firm against ketchup ***Bonus: I will never lick a steak knife!!! CURRENT IDEALS: 1. Treat others as you want to be treated...unless you are into self harm. 2. Mind your own business and keep your hands to yourself. 3. There is no ‘my truth’ or ‘your truth’...there is only THE truth. 4. Life sucks sometimes...get a helmet and carry on. 5. The only failure is quitting...either I will find a way or I will make one ***Bonus: Don’t take life too seriously...no one’s getting out alive. edit: Note to self, writing ***Bonus[*][*][*] without the brackets is reported as trying to ‘skirt the rules’. No attempted rule skirting here. Just a few bonus stars. Edited January 18, 2021 by I Just Shard Myself! Fixing use of three stars following an 'S' so the algorithm doesn't think I am trying to 'skirt the rules.'

That is literally a wizards of the coast endorsed strategy. It's on the first page in the DM's handbook.
KSub
Ideals of the Order of Stay-at-Home Dads 1. Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination 2. I will protect those who cannot protect themselves from junk food and screen time. 3. I will protect even those who want breakfast at 4am. 4. I accept that I can not protect them all the time. 5. I accept that someday they will protect me. I had a hard time with that fifth one since we don't yet know anything except the skybreakers oath. I will become the Dad? It doesn't really work.
The Unknown Ajah
Bloodfinder oaths, because I already did this. Oaths: Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination. I will remember the blood spilt and make it my duty to prevent it from happening again. I will keep those of evil from spilling that of others, even if it means spilling my own. I will spill not even the blood of my enemies by preventing death in other ways. I will become that which repairs, but also that which must kill to prevent disaster.
Voidspawn
Schoolteacher oaths Boredom before life, homework before family, torture before peace. I won't remember my middle-school years, using that to help guide me I will break the children, mind and body, so I can get paid. I accept that there are those that I cannot break I must become the greatest torture device known to mankind. There are some exceptions to this, but they are few.
