Xino, are these control panels for the planet or the universe? Or is the planet the whole universe?

Quote

The planet is the whole universe- or at least, the only important part.

"They're in the other room. KEITH!"

You called him Keith? This is a bad name. Not scary enough. You should try Boris.

Did anyone here watch Hoodwinked?

BTW, is this a story about villains trying to save the world? It's kind of weird. I can consider adding a theoretical villain of mine, but currently said villain's mind is too scary for me to get into. Plus, he won't add much.

It's not, it's villains trying to escape and leave everyone here to die.

Oh, and Keith is a PERFECTLY scary name.

"Thanks, that's really helpful."

"Indeed. We don't have an unlimited number of troops, friend."

Y shrugged. "They might be anywhere. Don't worry, they should be easy to spot. Kind of hard to miss a hole in the fabric of the universe, don't you think?"

"Hmmm. If only we had a scryer on hand..."

"That would be helpful," mused Y. "Are there any on this world, do you know?"

"How am I supposed to know? I'm a necromancer, not a divinator."

"A necromancer with an army," retorted Y. "Armies tend to be rather effective at... coercive divination."

"Hah! True. However, I doubt my currently weaponless and rather small army would last long in a city of the size we were in, where it is the most likely to find such a person. And if you suggest being more subtle than that, remember, they're stinking, rotting corpses."

"Why don't you make it bigger?" asked Y.

"That is my intention. Perhaps we can find some steel to go along side it, as well..."

"Steel?"

"Weapons. Swords, spears, polearms... I'm not picky."

"I said he could have some of my 'steel'. There's no need to go on a murderous rampage, even if the people here are rather worthless."

"Hmm. True. But we wouldn't want to bring whatever local law enforcement they have here."

"Indeed, with as small an army we have at the moment, we need to be more subtle."
