Cilliss nodded. "I second that."

Kaesiel motioned, and a pitcher of water and glasses flew from another room to rest in front of the group. “Now, what can we do about not dying?

She looked at the water. "Uh... That's not food."

"Skip that step," Concerto growled.

Her stomach growled, almost as if it was responding to his growl. "No. It will be harder to think without food. I don't know if you can tell, but I lose any sense of diplomacy when I am hungry."

"Then surely you can get your own food."

"Okay." She started to leave the cave. She grabbed her backpack, and pulled out a large obsidian knife.

Concerto sighed. "I meant in the kitchen.

"Because no one else will help you. That and there's no way I'm letting you go."

Y closed her fist, and winds gripped Concerto's neck.

"I wouldn't be so sure of that," she said in a soft voice. "I can be rather... persuasive."

She sighed. "First, just because I'm young and a girl doesn't mean I can't hunt. Second, you could have mentioned the Rusting kitchen earlier."

Grinning, Cilliss went up to the lady and started leeching her.

Y extended her hand and shoved Cilliss across the room with wind.

"Surprising, isn't it?" she said. "So many people, and not one will bring me a sandwich."

Cilliss is a Chromium leech, and should have nullified your powers... I mean, it worked with Concerto, so it should have worked on you too.

Well, I guess I will have to flare my metal then. She drank another vial, and tried again, this time flaring instead of burning her metal.

"Should I not have command?" Y smiled. "None of you know how to escape this death trap, do you?"

Just now, Condensation said:

"My lair, my rules. I get the feeling you need our help."

"Plus, we could always spike you with copper to steal your memories. Of course, then you'd be dead.. " she said with a smirk.

"It would be convenient," admitted Y. "But you haven't exactly shown your competence so far."

Y didn't let her get close enough to do it.

"As I said, we can always spike you if necessary. And hemalurgy always kills the victim."
