You were the one praying in my church, Kelsier sent bemused. Why are you so surprised I’d answer?

I guess I just didn't think you'd need to speak into people's minds when you can... you know, physically speak to them.

Kelsier shrugged. Prayer is private. And I do both; whichever is more convenient.

Ermin felt a little awkward standing there as the others started to leave. He wasn't sure what to do, so he sat down on a bench. Bringing anyone here to justice wouldn't work and was apparently illegal, but he was sure he was here for a reason. What should I do? He thought, fingering the plain earing he wore. He had heard of other Pathians receiving messages from Harmony, but he had never felt anything, at least not in the form of words. He still wore it, and often felt a sense of direction and purpose while wearing it. Harmony? If your listening, do you need me to do something?

Uh, godliness mood activate?

Harmony sent him a soft wave of reassurance, a feeling that everything would be okay and would work out in the end; that he was helpful and meant to be here.

Ladashwy, who hadn't slept the night before because of obvious reasons, had fallen asleep during the conversation between Marie and Kelsier.

Adilie walked to Ladashwy "Ladashwy? Do you hear me?"

She did not hear Adilie. She was a fairly heavy sleeper.

Adilie poked her shoulder

Speaking the name of the sleeping person is actually a quite efficient way to wake someone up

“Welcome back,” Kelsier told her, amusement coloring his words.

She rubbed her back. "What happened?" She said, confused.

“You fell asleep in church.” He shot her an amused grin, offering a hand to help her up.

"You fell asleep on a chair so I thought I'd suggest you to go back to the inn" she would probably do the same, she hadn't had much sleep that night either

Wow. I'm slipping. Why do I keep falling asleep?

“Your welcome,” he said cheerfully as he helped her up. “The puppeteer’s right, by the way. You should go rest.”

"Okay." She walked to the exit.

Adilie didn't like the nickname Kelsier had given her, especially since she no longer controlled anyone and didn't intended for it to change, but she said nothing and just followed Ladashwi

That one actually isn’t a nickname, just an insult.

It WAS an insult. I don’t think you’re supposed to like those.

Zola looked up at Eryn. "Where are we shopping?"

“This way,” Eryn said, heading toward the seamstress’ shop.

Eryn smiled and entered the store, a small bell ringing as she did so.

A young woman glanced up from her embroidery. “Can I help you?”

The woman blinked, startled. Eryn sighed. “Needs dresses,” she explained. “And travel clothes. But does not want, ja?”

The seamstress’ face cleared. “Ah. I have a few things ready made that could fit, but anything more ornate will take a few days.”

Eryn nodded. “Is good. Will see what have and leave measurement for others.” She turned to Zola. “Like any fabric? Or color?”

"Mmm... no, not really. Gray?"

Eryn sighed. “One grey dress. That fabric.” She pointed to a roll of shimmery silver-gray silk, woven through with pearly threads giving the impression of Mist trapped in fabric. “Will make nice dress for Sovereign’s daughter.”

She lifted a folio from the counter and handed it to Zola. “See if like any dress.”

The seamstress took down the fabric roll, then headed to the back for the pre-made clothes.
