I believe the rule is that they don't have to coup until they reach ten. Maybe do income and then coup next turn to not make that significant a decision.

Yes, that's true about the general rule allowing people to wait for 10 coins before they are required to coup. But that gets into strategy. Most people will just coup at 7, so this is the most straightforward. I already stated earlier when starting the 24-hour rule that the person would randomly coup at 7. I can't change that now when the time has come for it to happen. If there was a disagreement with this, it should have been brought up earlier when the rule was put in place. I'm already trying as best as possible to compensate for people not taking their turns without having to try to find replacements and without just completely eliminating them from the game. Taking income and then coup at 7 seems the most straightforward.

But note that when it comes to your turn and you don't post an action in the thread yourself, I'll follow through with the PM action even if something surprising comes up that maybe would have affected your decision. Of course, if it becomes impossible to do, then the action will need to be cancelled.

Ahh, well I can reveal for Somebody from Sel that he did have an Ambassador. So Chasmgoat will need to choose a card to lose and Somebody's Ambassador will get replaced with a card from the deck. Then he will still need to choose cards from his originally planned exchange before the turn ends.
