I love ragebaiting!

also yay I just successfully procrastinated my entire social studies period on my essay :P

Ah, awesome! Is it any less rainy?

Congratulations? Good luck with the essay when it eventually sneaks up on you! (also do you say ess-ay or ess-ay? No one I know can agree on the pronunciation)

eh?

i can't do addition

hold on

that math don't math

it doesn't math with real numbers

I am

So confused

Root 36 = 6 or -6 but 2x would be 12 or -12

Congratulations on breaking Mathematics

you are on the right track, the irrational number "i"  is involved

Oh wait

x is undefined

If only it were that easy

Yup! Decidedly less, at least here in New Mexico.

lol thanks

It's supposed to be x + y = 6, x * y = 36 (I think)

Oh well why didn’t you say that first? *maths intensifies*

oh that makes sense (again)

would it be x = 3+/- 3i root 3 and y - 3/+ 3i root 3?

I think that's right (I can't be bothered to check).

Here's another one:

prove that sin10° is irrational

Posted (edited)

X equals three plus (three times the square root of three times i)
Y equals three minus (three times the square root of three times i)

Are you making us do your homework for you :3

Well when I plugged it into Google I got 0.17364817766 and that looks pretty irrational to me

Prove that it isn't irrational first

I asked sin10 what color the sky was and it said green

sin90 always say blue (unless its white or black or pink.)

that's just saying it's transcendental, which isn't proof. Prove it mathematically.

Here's another one:

prove that sin10° is irrational

Sin30=3sin10-4(sin^4)10

1/2 = 3x -4x^3

8x^3 -6x +1 = 0 has zero rational roots.
