Status updates seem to be used here a fair bit (not as much as they did in 2024) but it's mostly by a small group of people really

It's just here, like this specific conversation would be way simpler in a Discord channel, for example.

The main reason I'm not active on discord much is that I'll often have to dip mid conversation which doesn't work there

I suppose it's LadyLameness' affiliation that might influence that. (If I remember correctly?)
