I live in Canada (Transition often refers to transitioning to live as a woman- often involves social and medical aspects, but is not required) For me I want to use a different set of pronouns, name, and I want to present differently without other people really catching on. Surgery is commonly unavailable for minors (for good reason) and requires essentially transition in other aspects first, or at least HRT for a fair bit. But you don't need surgeries to make you trans.

Keke They/he Posted January 8 Posted January 8 TRANSFEMS HERE IS MY LIST OF TIPS AND TRICKS TO BEING A GIRL! (I think alright i wasnt good at being a girl) When ur sitting dont like sit big. Sit smaller, like crossed legs or like one leg under or stuff like that. Long hair, not nesisary but it can help a lot. Even if it’s like shoulder length or shorter. Just no buzzcuts or anything. clothes dont really matter that much! Just try to avoid overtly “male” clothes. Dresses/skirts with leggings! Spoiler Bras! Wear em even if you’re not on hrt! The feelings and vibe of them can help! And wear like shoulder cut off shirts to get n awesome vibe! When walking dont like be all heavy. Try to walk a bit lighter n straigher! Hand motions when talking: less fists hand motions and more like open handed ones! smile a lot! Lastly! LOVE YOURSELF YOUR AWESOME QUEEN
Aeoryi she/her Posted January 8 Posted January 8 2 minutes ago, Keke said: PLEASE TIPS PLEASE Alrighty: Spoiler Tip 1: confidence is key. It's very common for someone to not know or be able to comfortably discern someone's gender from just looking at them. If you exert an aura of confidence people will almost feel bad for assuming or being unable to assume your gender Tip 2: contrasted to what you may think, testosterone based puberty doesn't actually change the pitch of one's voice. It actually changes the resonance and larynx and basically screws with it and makes it sound more gravel-y (thicker and darker). Speaking in a lower pitch won't make you sound more masculine generally, so that's not worth trying (if you want proof singers have wide vocal ranges and don't sound like they fluxuate gender) Tip 3: wear what makes you comfortable. When I boymode I just wear like a hoodie and cargo pants and that's good enough. Wearing an oversized "dysphoria" hoodie can definitely help Tip 4: haircut helps immensely, probably more than you think it does. People with short hair are just naturally assumed to be male Tip 5: for some reason I don't know why but a lot of boys my age just don't care about hygiene that much Tip 6: pronoun pins are underrated. Getting one is a good idea if possible. Tip 7: you probably won't be able to immediately pass 100% of the time. That's okay. There are cisgender men who don't pass as men even though they are men, so don't worry. I have more if you want these are just off the top of my head
