I am pretty sure this is not the case, but I am wondering has anyone else thought the same?

During the Kholinar excursion, Shallan had drawn a picture of Elhokar whilst sitting in the tailors shop. She depicted him as far as I remember bent over, with his chin up, defiant.

When Moash sticks him like a pig later on, he was kind of down in a similar pose. I didn't realise the similarity until my next read through, then spent the next while seeing if there was anyway this could've been a lightweaving from Shallan.

I couldn't think of any way this was possible based on her abilities at the time, unless, as she manages to give her illusions substance like she achieves later on. It doesn't answer everything, but did it cross anyone's mind?

Even if she could have done that, I feel like it's getting a bit cheap at this point; not for shallan specifically, but Jasnah and Szeth have both "died" and come back, a third, with someone so important and emotionally impactful, would surely be getting tiring to at least some readers.

I thought that about Jasnah, but totally forgot about Szeth. Yea, that would kinda suck if that was the case

Elhokar is dead.

What happened to Elhokar's body?

Brandon Sanderson (paraphrased)

It was burned with honors.

Yeah, wishful thinking.  I think the point was that Shallan inspired Elhokar.  He was on his way to becoming a better person, a good king.  It made his death extra sad.

Well, if he wasn't before, that would kind of be terrible.

If Elhokar had lived his spren wouldn't have been available for Wit to pick up,  I'd think...

But what if him swearing the Ideals was an illusion too...

My brother thought that Elhokar was the one making the illusion at first

And his shardblade that appeared next to him that Moash physically kicked away was an illusion as well?

Oh, it's not a good or even viable theory. I had to disprove my brother with the Shardblade thing

I always had the impression that Shallan tapped into the spiritual realm when she sketches. The scene in which she sketches Yalb surviving the shipwreck and Shalash destroying a sculpture hint at this. If there is a resemblance between the sketch and that final scene, couldn’t it just be that Shallan’s sketch tapped into that moment a bit?

Absolutely possible.  I think it is more like she tapped into the potential for that moment but in general you are correct.

I don't like this. The other two sketches were not predicting the future. It is pretty clear that none of the Knight Radiants would have a predict-the-future sort of power. (Renarin is, of course, an exception.)

Maybe not the future exactly. Your spiritweb is the perfect version of yourself, isn't it? Maybe when Shallan sketches someone, she sketches the best version of that person, which is why they always seem so eager to change when they see it, and the reason Elhokar resembles his sketch when he dies. He was taking the first step to become that version of himself.
