Rish nods a seemingly amused look forming on her face. "I will teach you how to do far more than those parlor tricks." Rish snaps her fingers and the room becomes a dark void. "Use your will. Try and shape this realm.s"

"Fox why do you think that he has done everything that he has done? Trust and love are not so easily divorced. Look within yourself. Does it make sense than Nath would murder your brother? Do his actions seem to you like one who would kill and then toy with you. He could have killed you had he wanted to. Why didn't he? Why did he give you the chance to kill him without fighting back? He gave you every chance to kill him. This Winter used words, but did his actions reflect his words. Words are cheap promises Fox. What do Nath's actions tell you?" The scarlet magic pulses with Circestran's subdued voice. Her emotions flow with her tears.

Fox felt herself getting frustrated, she was tired of this. "Well, all things considered, Nath did stab me, and Winter was the one who bandaged my wounds. Nath said he would never abandon me, but when I got captured again, it was actually Winter who gave me resolution! The real problem is this," Fox stood, the level of her voice growing higher and higher, "I have no freaking idea what Nath or Winter did, I'm so storming confused! What am I supposed to do? Judge people upon actions when I don't even trust my ability to see? Did Nath stab me? Did Winter save me? Did Nath save me? Did Winter kidnap me? The bottom line this: I have no STORMING idea what's going on right now!" Fox was yelling again, "I have no POSSIBLE way of quantifying or verifying what anybody does to me! How can I judge people off their actions, when I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE!"

Fox huffed. Everything was out of control again. The agony of the chaos burned inside her. She pulled the dagger out of her belt and began furiously twirling it between her fingers in an attempt to calm herself.

no, only Fox can

Fox snapped her head back to Queen. "Well what do you think?" She demanded.

T hears yelling downstairs. Queen seemed concerned, and Fox isn't the calmest person I know. I'm going to go check on them. She gets up from her seat and heads downstairs.

Choosing to ignore the fact that Fox had been seemingly talking to herself, Queen responded carefully."Is there a way that Winter could have...forged false memories into your mind? I haven't seen any evidence that Nath would be capable of those horrible actions, but it certainly seems like something that Winter would do, doesn't it? Create false realities in your memories to trick you into trusting him?"

Fox frustratingly sighed, pacing around the room. "I don't know, it doesn't seem like something Winter would do to me, but if anyone wouldn't know, it would be me. It all makes my head spin."

Circestran lurches to her feet. Emotions weighing her down her steps seem impossibly slow. With surprising gentleness she takes hold of Fox's shoulder. She follows Fox as she paces hand holding on tight. "Let me guide you as I aught. You remember little and allow pain to dictate your memories. l sever those bonds. I Kishufra release the hold of pain upon you for this moment." A flash scarlet rushes into Fox. "Let this carry you. Forget your rage and confusion my child. Accept this magic and know your past." Circestran releases Fox and backs away." She drops to one knee.

When Circe took Fox's shoulder, Fox did not shiver or flinch, for the touch was soft, gentle, and... loving. But as Circe spoke, something changed, the room became blurry, and Fox felt her eyes flutter for a moment, no, no she needed to stay... to stay... awake...

Fox stumbled, down on her knees looking loopy, and then she was out cold, curled up on the ground.

The blissful peace of slumber enveloped Fox for but a moment, before she felt herself returning to the harsh reality of life, though it was... not so harsh. Fox awoke fully refreshed in a field of soft grass. She sat up and looked around. There were two figures in front of her, talking to each other with their legs hanging over the cliff. But Fox could not focus on them, for some reason, they were blurry. And she could not hear their words either, just the tone and volume of the speech. Then the girl got upset at the man, she was yelling and crying. Fox cocked her head in curiosity.

Interesting how T heard yelling, she may find Fox knocked out and Queen standing over her.... An interesting set up

After powering up the last of the ship's main functions, Enter decided to check on the medbay again. When he saw what was going on, he decided to go up to the main deck. And... Why was there a patch of reflected light when there weren't any materials that could reflect light?

Circestran appears beside Fox her eyes taking in everything at once. "Interesting that you brought us here. There is so much beauty here and yet I sense something is strange. This memory is corrupted. It has been sundered in ways that are painful even for immortals to imagine." She lowers herself gracefully to the ground so that she is seated beside Fox. "At first it will be hard to remember. I will stay with you Fox. No one can take me from you so long as you hold the knife. Together we shall journey. Nath is not capable of the things that you say that you remember him doing. Had it been in his power he would have come for you. Now though we travel Fox. You and I together." A tear falls from her eye. "I will be to you what Nath was to me. He helped me beat my demons. He showed me their weakness. He did not abandon me and I shall not abandon you. Even if the knife is taken I will battle to return to you. Your pain is so familiar. It is an old friend surely. However, it is a friend that makes itself an enemy quickly!"

He does, however, speak to Queen through his Bond to her. Queen? Is everything going alright?

Fox nodded, letting a faint smile touch her lips before she returned her gaze to the couple. She focused on the girl, trying to sharpen the image. Fox leaned forward, her face scrunched up in concentration trying to see.... The blur became just a tad bit more focused--

A sharp pain streaked through Fox's head, causing her call out, but before she could even reach her hand to her head, the pain was gone. When Fox raised her eyes to the girl once more, the focus was gone. Fox sighed. Perhaps she would try the other one.

Fox stared at him, she tried to put all other thoughts out of her brain and focus one just him. There was no reality beyond this person to Fox, she focused until she could not even feel the ground beneath her... For a moment, she saw his jaw line, and it looked eerily like... Korin's?? Her surprise caused the man to blur once more. Fox's face was written with confusion. What was Korin doing here? And who was this other woman, why was she so upset at Korin? Fox thought that Circe had said that these would be her memories, but she didn't remember this at all... besides the scene being oddly familiar.

Fox turned back to Circe, "These are my memories?" She asked in confusion.

I...think so. You can probably come in...Fox just passed out, and she seemed to be talking to herself earlier. Help would be appreciated.

Fadran pushed open the door to the medbay, walking inside. He looked down at Fox's unconscious form. "How many comatose people are we going to have to deal with on this adventure?"

It fights back and resists change." Armies appear and clash in the distance. They return to cool darkness. A full moon glows overhead. "Follow me." Rish walks toward a bubbling brook at the edge of a silent wood.
