Calm down, it's only eight months. It will take longer than that for Silksong, probably, so I'm just going to sit and enjoy the wait without questioning too much. Though, I do find all of these trailers fascinating. Edit: the new culture is likely the Zonai, who were barely mentioned in game, but have a lot of lore in those extra books, if you've noticed those. Edited September 13, 2022 by That1Cellist

When we're looking at the strange mural, around the tall weird bird person, we see seven symbols that look suspiciously like tears. My guess is that these tears are what the game is named after, and that Link has to collect those tears in the spirit vessel on his belt. Why does he have to do this? We'll have to wait more to find out. 1
