Finch nudged Dean in the leg, whimpering. “What do you want, buddy?” he asked, petting Finch behind the ear. “I believe it’s food he wants,” Idina, Dean’s spren, said. ”I guess so.” Dean picked up the small dog and headed for his apartment.

Walking to the TV he turned it on. “Let’s see the news.”
