So, again, Waiter has gold.

The Waiter tapped his gold, all of it, in a massive burst, and started the last leg of the attack, speaking into his mike. "Demolish." Then he died.

~~~
The helicopter primed, missiles bristling at the edges. They fired, causing further damage to the landscape, and the church. Then it flew downwards, straight at the church, propeller stopping. It plummeted fast, and hit the roof nearby Shae and Dan. It exploded, a massive blast, strengthened by the C4 within it, fire bombs, shrapnel, and, The Waiter's personal touch, fireworks, exploding outwards towards all nearby targets.
Fred watched the sky, eagerly. The metal tube was practically humming in anticipation on his shoulder as he kept a keen eye out in the sky above.
"There!" He suddenly exclaimed, pulling the tube into position, aiming, and firing within a single breath.
A spike suddenly blasted out the other end of the tube, propelled to incredible speeds by the railgun that Fred had used. An instant later, Fred smiled with satisfaction as he watched the spike impact something small and metallic that he'd seen flying past.
"What was that?" Fred asked, curious. "Did anyone get a good look at it?"
One of the nearby denizens slapped their own face with their palm, refusing to answer. Another looked at Fred a little pittyingly. But why? He'd hit the targer, and that was a good long shot! It must have been miles and miles away...
"That was one of our satellites." The pittying denizen noted. "Maybe turn down the tin a little."
Fred glanced back upwards, blinking a few times.
"Now that you mention it..."
He stopped speaking and loaded another spike into the tube, taking aim at the sky once more and this time making sure he only tapped enough tin to see things that were inside the atmosphere.
That was a little inappropriate. This isn't exactly the most organized scene we've ever had, it's easy to miss details like that.
He nodded, humming. He still hated the guy, but... he was dead. He felt, incomplete now, like he'd missed something, or like a piece of him was missing. He pushed down the feeling, humming softly to himself. Then the world began to explode, and he jumped in front of Dan and the man to help shield them, that single moment locking him back into that memory- but in a whole new, more intense way than he'd ever had before. By the time it was all said and done, Shae wasn't exactly healthy looking.Burns and cuts and scrapes laced his back and sides, his front almost untouched. It was... not pleasant.
Didn't he have more than one copter?
One helicopter, and I killed it.
Sorry for the inconvenience, Ark and Voidus.
If they can kill my soldiers and children, I can kill their helicopter.
Two. One unused for anything but that.
Fifteen Ghostbloods, all wearing black suits and sunglasses, appeared in a warp. Ambrosia stood in the middle, all of them touching her. She led them in, ready to teleport if anyone attacked. Her voice rang out. "We're here to help remove them. Please don't kill the soldiers." They rushed out, guns ready. A few shots hit a few remaining attackers, killing them. Ambrosia disappeared again, then came back with doctors. "Don't shoot them either!"
Dan turned around and picked Shae up. "You idiot." He panted and yelled, "Can someone help me out up here?" His adrenaline was blocking his pain right now, but it'd run out soon.
Ambrosia ran up personally as her doctors went around. "Dan, please. Sit down and I can help you."
What injuries does he have right now?
A jeep-like transport pulled up, and Dwig jumped out, rifle held in his hands. He was followed by four other armored soliders.
"An aid convoy is on it's way here. We've got food, supplies, anything. And," he paused dramaticly "a lot of cookies!"
Ambrosia had a grim look on her face as she looked at him. "Welcome." A grin split the face. "I got here first though."
It was likely just shot down with a railgun then, that's what the DA who were positioned outside were for, if they saw a copter then as mentioned they would have shot it down to prevent any means of escape.
Burns all over his back, singed clothing, burns across much of his sides, and gashes and cuts everywhere. He's pretty beat up- very close to death right now.
Wouldn't shooting it down blow the thing anyways?
Shae was unresponsive, staring off into space and seeming completely gone, mentally. He was so completely consumed by the emory that he couldn't get out- not without a lot of time and help.
"I think he's in shock," Dan said quietly, licking Shae's face and nuzzling it. His heart was just about done, but he needed to make sure that Shae was safe.
"Yeah, it's fine," Dan said, "as long as he doesn't go anywhere I can't take care of him."
KanMien was kneeling over one of the wounded, bandaging his arm, when Kumiko found them. "Hey," they said. "How are you?"
Kumiko stretched a bit, shifting back to her fox form. "I'm good," she said. "I'm guessing you're not," she said, pointing at the bloody holes in her clothing.
"Already healed myself," they said. One of the medics took away the wounded she was working on. "Come on," they said. "Let's go find the rest and figure out what to do."
They walked up to Dan. "Hey," KanMien said. "Didn't figure I'd see you here. I was told you're one of those in charge? What's the situation?"
Whoops, apparently Dan isn't there anymore. Anyone else I can speak to? I'll edit the post a bit.
Also, for the vines, Kumiko commented on them when she first arrived.
I'm going to assume you're talking about Dan's boss there, Kenod.
Dan's boss turned around. People said he looked like his bodyguard. "Situation is chaotic, but we have a lot of healers here, so we're probably going to be able to take care of the wounded. Everything else is a mess, but once the Soulstamp turns off, it's good."
Yeah, I missed that Dan was gone. Let's just say I confused his boss for him.
KanMien nodded. "Alright, good to know," they said. They lowered their voice. "Look, given the current situation it might be best to have your people in a somewhat safer place, especially given the state of this place. If you want to, we can shelter your people in the alleys. The wounded the DA evacuated are there already."
They paused, grabbing a piece of paper out of their pocket, and handed it to him. "Here," they said, "I was supposed to give you this."
