I don’t think I can do this from my phone, but if I can get onto my computer for a little while, I might be able to use the fact that they are in tables and program an automatic thing.

I tried to make an automatic thing in Google Sheets, and apparently it doesn’t have a feature that I could find like “add 19 hours and 16 minutes to the date.” I would say that XL probably has something like that, and the only reason Google doesn’t is because it is designed to be really simple, and therefore doesn’t have that feature. 

(But it still has all kinds of other weird functions, though.)
