Every time I listen to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, I’m reminded that Rudolph has fake friends. They only accept him once he becomes useful to Santa and cool. I feel very strongly about this.

I think Rudolph is only slightly overrated. In the defense of everyone else, he literally had a nose that GLOWED. That is extremely unnatural and extremely scary. Still, poor Rudolph.

i disagree. I think they finally recognized him for a person (or reindeer technically), gave him a chance, and he since he was a good person* they realized they didn't need to shun him
