Titan wondered about what they would do when this was done. If half the alleycity was a giant crater, would they build in the crater? Go around it? Move the city? He did not know. But he no longer cared. He steelpushed himself to the cave were his abominations were hiding. He dropped the huge piles of spikes in the blood. Then he created a portal to an area near the newcago court. The storm had ripped an opening into a strange dimension. They had a lot of stormlight. He went into the first world. There was a small crystal. His gut told him to fill it with stormlight. He did. He felt the small world become stable. This would be where his abominations would live. He would build an empire of these worlds. This would be the gateway for anyone wishing to enter this new land. He used his power over the dimension to create a city out of the land. It didn't follow gravity, as he could do what he wanted. This would be the city realm. He would have five realms. As each abomination entered, he gave it an intelligence spike. They were all intelligent now. Soon he would make it so they could breed, and they would be truly part of the Alleyverse. He was pleased with his new land. He would call it the boundless worlds.

Quote

Titan has abandoned the Alleycity, is starting an empire in the boundless worlds, and is figuring out how to make his horde true breeding, so they will truly be new species. (4, Kolossals, Kolossal Commanders, and Titan are close in species, so they can breed, the Sentries would be one, and the few Dreads and Hazeslayers he had would make two more, though they will be notably smaller)

Derek saw the large beast, looking like one of the giants he'd killed a few ten's of, but larger and had black skin and six arms, but this one was different, he was flying through the area and warning about some sort of nuking?

Derek floated for a moment, he was powerful but even creating an umbrella of carapace a kilometer thick was risky, and he didn't like risks. He wasn't a kind person, not an especially caring person, but he knew how bad nuclear annihilation was if he remembered those passing documentaries about nukes being used on cities back on Earth. He'd probably only wish such a thing on his worst enemy.

He didn't shed his armor but continue flying, a bit less than supersonic so he could find any stragglers, there weren't much people about earlier when he killed all those abominations, so they might've already bailed, which was good.

He made a few trips around the city, going faster until he could find enough people, and flew them out to some places that were also evacuating civilians or out of the city itself, all while explaining that some nuke was probably happening, the city was big enough that just being outside likely didn't make them collateral damage. He kept at it until his few passes at hypersonic found no more people.

Syen froze for a moment and then turned around, calling for Mio.
"We need to leave. NOW!"
She shouted, panic rising in her voice. The man blanched, but did what he had to do, collected the soldiers, only about half of them was left and the civilians they had found and started giving orders.
"Back to the camp. Just get them out. We will sort through this later. And bring the wounded to me."
Syen decided, and then realized that she had just yelled at a man. Astonished of herself she was quiet for a minute and then cut of the remaining illusions. Breathing in stormlight she started to heal everybody so far that they could walk., at least with a bit of help. She wouldn't leave anyone behind.
"The first can start to walk for the wall."
She told Mio absently minded, while pressing her hand on the leg of man. The man screamed und der the pressure of her fingers and with an apologetic smile she reduced took her hand away, then laid her fingers softly on the wound. She wouldn't let her fear reign herself. Finally she got on her horse and looked at the leaving soldiers hoping there was still some time left.
The way out felt longer, panic grabbing at her throat but she forced herself to stay calm, so that the men would stay calm. Gladly they left the city in time, and when she finally looked up and say the thing hanging in the sky she closed her eyes for a moment. This was the solution?
You really could have come up with something less finally.
she thought, wishing to punch her narrator in the face.

When they arrived at the camp, Syen asked Mio to organize the soldiers, to get them something to eat and medical treatment. Then she looked around and saw someone in the cmap she hadn't seen before. With a curse she got down from her horse and gave his reigns to some soldiers walking past. Hesitating she looked over at the man, saw Essun looking at her expectantly and then sighed. There was no choice here. She had to talk to him, find out if he was a threat for Tevarahs men or not. They were her responsibilty.
"Hello."
she greeted him.
"I'm Syen. Can I help you?" @Stormblessed Dolphin

Bloodbath decided that he would rather die than continue living. Or rather, Jaco did. Jaco tore his shadow from the feet of Bloodbath, which caused a Change. All blue left Bloodbath, and was replaced with a glowing orange, like magma beneath his skin. He cracked. The only stabilization of Bloodbath was gone, so he knew it was time to kill anything and everything one sight.

Quote

TL;DR Bloodbath is a psycho now, so stay out of his way.

oh gotcha

As Derek flew past, he saw another person, he kept doing passes since even if the warhead itself hit, the shockwave from the blast, which did the real annihilation, was much slower than his top flight speed. The person had crimson skin and was covered in black runes, and some sort of stone-looking armor on him which, as Derek got closer, turned out to be a sort of carapace.

He landed near the man. "Hey, they're nukin' the city. You should probably come with me. I can fly, so," Derek said with a shrug.

Bloodbath stabbed Derek.

Or failed to do so.

“Sinhonrat lhog igewnqi omaraton! Notaramo iqnwegi gohl tarnohnis!” Bloodbath cried, shooting fire upward into the sky, ripping open a hole towards somewhere. He jumped, attempting to pull Derek in with him.

DON’T GO IN!

Today’s demonic ketek has been brought to you by me.

Wow, sparks. Derek hadn't shed his base carapace yet, the claws scratched unnaturally deep into the steel, but didn't hit him. The man grabbed a hold of Derek and attempted to jump into some hole, though when he jumped, Derek flew into the air with a jolt, forcing the man to release his grip and fall a short ways onto the ground, too short to do any damage.

"What, really? You wanna fight? I mean sure, why not?" Derek coated himself in an additional layer of steel, and floated down where the man could easily reach him with a jump. He waited for the man's next move.

Bloodbath dove towards one of the massive blood puddles, and popped out right behind Derek, stabbing him.

I’m on mobile. What’s Derek’s weakness?

got it

Derek watched as the creature dove into one of the blood puddles and heard him emerge behind. Derek turned and was met with a stab that went through his metal like it was nothing, thankfully still not hitting him as the creature's fingers claws were too short and where its fingers were caught on the surface of the steel, not going through any farther.

Derek loosed a plume of flame at the creature, seeing how it would react. This might've been the challenge he was looking for, but he needed to see what else the creature could do.

Posted (edited)

Bloodbath basked in the flame, for he was flame. He was a creature of blood, fire, and death. His creators had made him to carry out his job as if you were doing brain surgery with an atomic bomb. He was destruction incarnate. Bloodbath ran, looking all around for a place to Oracle. He needed to see the bomb coming.

Derek looked at the creature just take the flame and smirked, then his mouth curled downward in disappointment as the creature started to run. "Hey, where-" he started but the creature was too far to hear. He sighed, flying into the sky and kept doing a few more passes. He would need to leave soon though, he was faster than the shockwave but nukes often also brought EMP with them which negated his powers, and he was definitely not faster than an EMP.

He couldn't find more people and flew out of the city as far as possible where he could still see the blast, but not get caught up in it.

Sitting cross-legged within the barrier, Voidus continued eating cookies and thinking. Idly another thought broke through his mind, one unrelated to how to get through the barrier.

Wait, if this was a full lockdown then that means that someone must have released everything. Well luckily an army was nearby, they might be able to clean up some of it. The guardian's still locked here with me and hopefully none of the other primary experiments have any reason to attack the city.

Satisfied that everything should be under control, he finished off the cookie before another thought struck him.

Ah, if it was everything everything then the others might have gotten out too. Like those two across the sea. They also weren't too fond of each other when they were still growing up.

Brushing the crumbs from himself, Voidus sighed.

Well I hope they have some good cartographers over there, the geography might get rearranged a bit.

He turned his attention back to the task at hand.

On mobile, so it's a bit "fleshless"

"I'm really sorry to cut that short, but we need to get into the Canton."

Syen informed the man. @Stormblessed Dolphin

"I'll take the army, you can come with us if you want to."

Without waiting for his reply she headed into the command tent and grabbed everything lying there. She wouldn't leave the maps and messages unprotected and alone behind.

"Tell everybody to pack what they can and prepared to move. Everybody. The stuff, the message boys and whoever else is here. Fokus should be food, Medical supplies and afterwards other supplies we shouldn't loose".

Mio hasted away and she put both hands on the table, taking a deep breath. She closed her Eyes, took a few minutes to Compose herself.

"Tell them to also bring supplies like spheres filled with stormlight and whatever else we've got here."

She asked without looking up to see who left. Storms she was exhausted. A none Deep exhaustion that threatened to overhelm her any second. She's been awake for so many days, she didn't even know what day it was. Forcing herself to open her eyes she grabbed the bag with the paper and everything else she found on the table and seemed worth saving and left the tent.

"Give the order to march."

She told Mio and got on her horse.

"To the canton."

When they arrived at the Canton she asked Mio to organize their people and find them a space to stay. Then she took the remaining two guards and went looking for someone who seemed to be in charge.

Quote

Consider the GB Camp empty of npcs and whatever they could carry. They're all over at the Canton right now - including Syen of course.

It's Storms decision if he went with us, or not.

I'm not sure who is at the Canton atm therefore the open ending. I lost a bit the overview.

Tena was mighty confused by what all her comrades and enemies were doing below. They were about to nuked, and they thought that the Canton could save them?

The Worldspike was probably safe, which was good, as the entire planet would collapse without it.

Tena shook her head. They were all going to die.

Kane Lashed himself at the spaceship a dozen spears flying about him as well. He pointed his Shardarm upward and slammed it into the Exterminatus. He climbed through the hole.

@Grey Knight bring it on.

Stand firm. Stand still. Make the creator proud.

Wally the Wall meditated. It felt good to relax.

I am a wall. Being a wall can be stressful. There's so much pressure that comes with this job.

Wally tried one of the cognitive training exercises Willy the Wallpaper had taught him.

Stand firm. Stand still. Let go of the-

Wally was interrupted by a People screaming, "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE! BIG NUKE! DEATH! FLEE!"

He seems stressed. He should try being a wall. I am a wall.

The People, no, there was only one, Persun, collapsed on the ground.

I guess it's up to me to stop this nuclear strike. Watch out world, THIS COULD GET AWESOME.

Nearby, the Persun began to dance. There was a lot of flailing of the arms and loud singing involved.

That nuke won't know what hit him. Time to move out. Now. Moving. Gooooo.

The wall didn't move.

AAAAAHHHHH! I'm going so fast! So. Dizzy. I need a break. Sorry world, I don't think I'm up to this.

The wall didn't move.

Wow. That was quite the adventure. Someday, they'll hail me as a hero. For I have been useful. Woot.

Kane does not want the nukes to rain down.

The Threadwatcher(this man is now the equivalent of the Nightwatcher) finally left his house and went to the gas station store to buy a Coke.

A bunch of Sentinels used grappling hooks to climb onto the Exterminatus.

"No nukes allowed!"

KoTiel ran into the building, pausing when they saw everyone who was taken shelter there. It seemed like most of the town was there. "Harmony," they thought. "Are they certain that this place is save?" They decided to go in deeper, trying to find someone in charge, hoping to find out more about what was going to happen.

Dr. Device was about to be loosed. Somehow, the technology of the Alleyverse had been advanced to Ender's Game-esque stuff.

Quote

Good luck surviving the planet being completely decimated, ladies and gentlemen. Sorry if that's godmodding, but Ender's Game stuff is always required on nerdy websites.
