Nogard was quiet for a few minutes.

"They were... frozen in time," he said, somewhat awkwardly. "Not... usual, I know."

"That's... horrible." Subversion continued dancing, but that annoying kernel of sadness refused to go away. "Is that the curse that you and your brother wanted to break?"

Thanks. Are Plotblades found anywhere special? Honestly, is there a collection of lore somewhere?

They're found in a lot of ways, mostly through quests. If you're looking for Plotblade lore, I have a list (that needs updating) of Plotblades in my profile. I also have an extremely outdated TLT character description for my characters, and Xinoeph has some TLT lore stuff on his profile as well.

Yay! Just a minute though to see if anything important happens. Oh— in the meantime, I have a handsome male character she could temporarily kidnap.

Now I’m scared-

He scooted the can away from her, a slight smile on his face. Maybe you shouldn't . . .

"Nooooo," she whined. "I've had three bottles of Bixreet Ale in one night. I can handle a little cola. It's not even acohololic!"

and sad and lonely

well, he's not sad. Just lonely. He's good at staying positive.

He grinned at her, raising an eyebrow. Based on the fact that you were passed out when I walked over here, and how you just pronounced "alcoholic," I don't think you should drink any more.

Or she could just dance with him and not Shoe. Faunus won’t want to dance with Shoe, seeing how Beosta and him feel about each other, especially if she’s got someone else to dance with.

See, now that’s unfortunate, there was a perfect vessel for Faunus’ shenanigans, yet she was far too distracted searching out victims- I mean, young handsome men to dance with.

Kion continues sitting there, trying to recover from the shock of what he’s been through and the bewildering implications of what he’d just done.

Great, thanks for the information. The fact that the Lore Plotblade exists implies Exposition has some different powers than I thought, potentially involving knowledge of lore but not the ability to change it.

"'M not drunk. You're drunk." She pushed back from the bar, grabbed his shirt, and pressed her lips to his. She pulled away with a triumphant grin. "See! See! You're glitching."

“Yes. I’ve heard poetry is often about love. Not that I know much about that.”

She frowned at Faunus as well. “Hmm.”

Kay but she gotta tease himmmmmm

Beosta jolted upright. “Oh— sorry. Strong stuff, that.” She gestured to the empty can of cola. Then she saw that it was Shoe and she blushed. “Oh, hi. —Is Tam okay?”

"I think in order to write poetry about love you have to suffer," mused Bacon. "Have a few bad breakups, maybe an abusive relationship, that sort of thing."

"One of them," Nogard said wryly. "The other was his rain curse... but he did break that one, eventually."

WHOA WAIT HALY

OKAY

THAT HAPPENED

Shoe grabbed her shoulders and pushed her away, staring at her wide-eyed. BEOSTA, WHAT- WHY DID YOU-

His face flushed and he looked away.

What was in that scudding cola? he wondered absently, his mind occupied by what had just happened.

Faunus walked past him, frowning for a moment at the metal ball, then paused, and retraced her steps, smiling innocently at the wizard. “Would you like to dance? Considering you’re doing nothing but staring into nothing.”

Lady Bug thought about that. "I'll write poetry about food," she decided. "I've suffered many bad types of food."

"Tolja! Tolja, y'u're drunk! You gliiiiiched." She grinned mischievously. "If I didn't know better, I'd think you enjoooooyed it."

Ignoring that second part, Shoe regarded Beosta with genuine concern. Oh, goodness . . . are you actually okay? Is something . . . genuinely wrong?

She's just drunk, Livetha sighed to his mind. I don't know what's up with her.

Beosta waved a hand dismissively and almost fell over. "Nahhhh, just strooooong cola. I'm not drunk you're drunk." She regarded him with a measure of shock. "Did you kiss me just now?"

"An excellent choice," enthused Bacon. "Truly, there is nothing more universal than food!"

Kion gets up. “Oh, sorry. Yes, I could dance. I’m not very good, although I suppose I can fix that now. Honestly, I’m shocked Narrators are only using as much magic as they do. Maybe all the words contribute.” He shakes his head again, trying to snap out of it. “Perhaps this may help: celebration!”
Several seconds before, Kion now gets up eagerly rather than his stunned reaction. “I’d love to dance. Celebration!”

I have to go to sleep soon. Kion is magically better at celebrating, and thus dancing, now; I’ll let you control him as long as you don’t go too deep into lore. Honestly, his spell makes it hard for him to not celebrate, thus justifying his inability to mention anything non-celebration related until it wears off.

"Truly truly! I shall include poetry about diamonds for Nummy, too. Perhaps someday I shall conduct interviews and attempt to write tragic epistles about love. Have you anything to say on the subject?"
