FT, reached deep inside his Narratory powers. He stood before the helpless heroes and grinned. He reached deep and pulled out a pen and paper. Then he wrote a thirty page essay with very strongly worded comments on Truthless's lack of taste in capes. FT screamed in his mind. It was so wrong, but-- FT strained his will and...

"One does not need suppose that one needs to join an organization to learn about its practices." Jacob looked down his glasses at the young Narrator. "Especially not when one heads an organization practically built for discreet reconnaissance."

The emperor of the Ghanderflaffle empire looked out over his domains for the last time. The war with the candy had been too much. His people, already tired of constant warring and turbulence, had finally had enough. Fires burned throughout the capital, the remnants of his army had joined with the rebels, as they marched towards his palace. The few guards who remained loyal to him fought desperately, giving their lives to buy their leader a few more breaths. He turned, sighing. It was over. He signaled his guard captain. "It's over. Tell the guards to stop fighting. Tell the rebels... tell them they can have me."
