"Well..." SoT said, finding herself at a loss for words. "My sister, for one! Star doesn't know what she's doing. I can't believe she's my Author's chosen; she's whiny and she just lets the plot happen to her. Shards, if you don't want bad things to happen, then be like me, don't involve yourself in the plot at all. It's better to just... be. If you ask me, they're all fools for getting into it."

Xinoehp laughed. "Now you really remind me of Silence." He leaned back in his seat and sighed. "Too bad he's not here," he muttered. "That would make things interesting."

SoT smirked. "What would he do if he were here? Lock you up like your brother for wanting to be a character? Ha!"

Xinoehp snorted. "We already know what he would do. He did it, remember?"

"Well, personally, I'm glad we've been separated from Universe S. Better for the entire Narrational Plane."

Xino smirked. "You're welcome."

SoT scoffed. "Like you had anything to do with that."

[xinoehp512 he/him]

"I did!" said Xino in a offended tone that was only slightly mocking. "It was me who split the realms, remember?"

SoT shook her head, sighing. "You were under Silence's command. Were you really acting for yourself?"

Xinoehp raised his eyebrows. "Who says I was under Silence's command?"

Xinoehp smirked. "Were you referring to me or Silence with that comment?"

Okay, SoT and Xino need a talk show. They argue like an old married couple and I love it.

Xinoehp laughed out loud at that. "Ha! Charming. You make being stuck here almost enjoyable!"

"You're impossible..." SoT muttered. "Completely impossible."

"You're welcome," he said drily, taking a sip of his drink.

"You should go back to CBST. It's where you belong; among the arrogant and dramatic. It's a place of suffering, but if you want to be there, then you're asking for it."

"You think I can?" He snorted. "If I could, I would've done it already."

"I said you should not that you could! Anything to be rid of you. You're as bad as Star was when she returned to TLT after QoS, you know that? Probably worse! Downright evil. What do you want anyway? More plot, I guess. More words. More power."

Xinoehp rolled his eyes. "Well, I have the power. That was sort of what the whole splitting-the-worlds thing was about. But you've hit the others dead on the nose."

He yawned, leaning back in his seat. "It's so boring here. How these people think complete randomness is exciting I have no idea..."

"It's not," SoT said flatly, "but my Author needs a place-holder here. Probably to keep you in check."

Xinoehp coughed, midway through his drink. "Hold me in check?" he sputtered, obviously amused. "What exactly do you think she thinks I'm going to do?"

SoT shrugged. "It's not my place to question my Author's motives."

Xinoehp smirked. "What if your Author's motive is making plot?"
