Kaladin called for the rest of Bridge Four. At first, Kelsier thought they were no match for him. Not a minute later the mistborn was screaming like a girl, running across the Shattered Plains.

A chasmfiend then began to chase him, as it had been drawn by his childlike screams.

He quickly burned steel, Pushing away from the terrifying creature. That of course, brought him face to face with everyone's favorite Windrunner squad. He chuckled nervously. "Hey."

[Lunamor she/her]

Lopen made a rude gesture towards Kell using both of his hands. Then Shallan, who had wandered out to draw the squad, appeared. "Why are you attacking that poor man? And how the storms is he flying?! He appears to have no stormlight!" she exclaimed. The bridgemen were glowing brightly while Kell was not.

Kelsier grinned smugly. "Yes, thank you, miss. Now will someone explain where in Harmony's name I am?"

"The Shattered Plains, of course," Shallan said. Kelsier just started at her blankly.

Then, a kangaroo.

[Lunamor she/her]

Kicked Shallan into a chasm. “Bother,” she said, her voice echoing up from the floor of the chasm to reach Kell and the bridgemen.

But kell didn’t train bridgemen

Because they were the ones who were mad at him for punching Kal.

Which was just one of the reasons why his situation was so awkward.

Another reason that it was awkward was that Kell’s pants fell down and landed on top of Shallan’s head.

The now pantsless Kell attempted to run away while everyone was distracted, as he was embarrassed by the Superman undies that he was wearing.

They had been a gift from some Kandra who was really out of it.

Known as MeLaan. She had given them to him as a prank, but he hadn’t realized it and wore them around.

'Cause Kelsier was just that kind of guy. Whether that meant he was nice or just really liked Superman, no one knows. Including Kelsier. 

[Ghost of Perdition he/him]

Good thing all great heroes carry around extra pants with them wherever they go. You know, just in case.

So he put his pants back on mid flight. Kaladin and the bridgemen raced after Kelsier, throwing chickens at him. You see, a caravan of Adolin’s good luck chickens was passing through, so they raided it for weapons.

Suddenly, Kelsier remembered that he really needed to find someone or something to help him with his rusting ghost problem. It was a rather inopportune time, however. He needed to get on the side of these... bridgemen so they could help him.

As Rock was the only one who could see the ghosts.

He rumbled, "Airsick lowlanders. I ain't 'fraid of no ghosts."

Tom Joebob fired a shade gun at him.

Kelsier was confused, but he decided to be mad at Tom Joebob because that was what his heart told him. And besides. Then he might gain these peoples' favor!
