once his vision cleared he could see jack, flapping his large golden wings, carrying rebus bridal style (BECAUSE I stormING CAN) trying to keep both of them in the air while on the ground and struggling Kyo kept Viper distracted. Rebus tried to figure out where his actual body had gone - and what had happened to the mind of whoever he was supposed to be. “I could say the same thing - but thank you for rescuing me.”

But what if Named wants to take off without setting things on fire to do it

He also still needs some basic biological stuff beneath all the luxin, like a nervous system, some form of eyes for drafting, circulatory system because luxin must touch blood to by bound by will, and digestive systems to keep everything alive.

Though maybe bendalloy can cover digestion and the main job of the circulatory system. Immune system is covered by gold.

So the bare minimum is a brain and eyes. The eyes can be internal though.

So if he can just have a suit of blue and green luxin surrounding his brain and eyes, with only his blood vessels left, still there without even a heart to pump them.

Actually no his brain should be surrounded by his metalminds, then luxin.

Yeah, that works. Brain, blood, magic.
Rebus studied Named’s expression, wondering if he was considering this at the same time as his Author.

The sky above darkened, thunder ringing in the distance. The gray clouds swirled down, whirling and condensing on a young boy, one who had not been there a second before. He looked much the same as he had the last time he had spoke, except this time he had a long, silver, wicked knife.

"Rebus." he grinned, teeth flashing. "Start the duel."

Rebus looked Cricket in the eyes, a conveniently dramatic wind causing his coat to billow behind him. “It is time, then.” He snapped his fingers, and they were transported into the very same arena that Platypus and Subversion had fought in, standing perhaps fifteen feet apart. The various hazards were deactivated, however - mortal contestants did not do well with volcanos.
An announcer’s voice echoed throughout the arena. “Rebus Honesty Clarke, wielder of Antagonist, and Cricket Chaisler, seeker of Protagonist, let this duel, commenced in honor, satisfy, in part, your conflict. Use of magic of any kind for the duration of the duel is forbidden. Use of advanced technology to gain advantage is forbidden. Outside assistance is forbidden. Use of weapons other than knives and unarmed combat is forbidden. Exiting the arena before the completion of the duel is forbidden. The duel shall be to the death, or to the voluntary surrender of one party. It shall also be ended should cheating occur, with that party considered to have lost. Should Cricket be the victor, Rebus shall surrender unto him control over his empire and possession of Antagonist, and shall come under the service of Cricket for the duration of the completion of a task decided upon by Cricket. For this time, Rebus shall cease the pursuit of villainy or other aims not approved by Cricket, except as required to fulfill preexisting obligations. Should Rebus be the victor, he shall return Cricket to life. Cricket shall procure the Lost Page and surrender it or full knowledge of its contents to Rebus. He shall then ‘remember that [he] could not best [Rebus] in an even match’, presumably for the facilitation of future gloating.” The announcer paused, waiting for Cricket and Rebus to ready themselves. “Let the duel begin!”

Jack lowered them to the ground the set rebus on his feet. I do not wish to fight you, Ivisyre said. So instead, I will simply seal off my world to everybody. I'm sure you'll find your way around that eventually, but some break is better than no break.

The bright, shining beacon in the universe that was Sequence's World, accessible and welcoming to all, was suddenly shrouded in darkness and pushed into a distant, desolate corner, and everybody who somehow might still be on it found themselves waking up elsewhere, in an expansive field of golden grass. It would not be so easy to find from now on, and neither would its new steward.

I was under the impression they thought Rebus was Hela, whoever that is (it may have simply been Rebus autocorrected).
“I could assist with that.” Rebus became more composed, returning to his normal behavior as he realized that he was not being mistaken for someone else. “Cricket is beginning his duel with me as we speak. There are spectators, if you desire to watch.”

Rebus smiled - this would benefit him, perhaps. He already had a method to enter - three separate methods, in fact. Being one of the only people to possess such a thing would make good leverage - and prevent anyone unwise and unprepared from ending up with the Lost Page.

Ah, that makes sense.
Rebus stretched out his hand. “It is not your fault. And Cricket will walk away safely, no matter who wins.”
Then he frowned, turning to Jack. “You are aware that you took one of the only available people powerful enough to face a Narrator in single combat away from a murderous and potentially brainwashed Narrator with a sword that can hurt gods, leaving them to freely escape and go on a rampage, correct?”

jack shook his head and pointed. “Kyo is holding erryin back…” erryin and Kyo were both frozen. His watch buzzed and he read it. “Oh ok so they are paused cause Kyos author isnt ready to do anything so my author is trying to stall this plot a bit.”

So, Ryver's world is currently waiting on Ryver. His author wants him to take up some powers and accept being a hero character instead of a slice of life character, cause Ryver just wants to live a normal life. If Sequence can't survive without narration, then Ryver is gonna make a deal with his author that will open up his world to be accessible, and It would make sense for eject-ies from Sequences world to end up in a narrativly nearby one. So if we can give it time for Nameless to join back in the room scene, or Sequence to be honest about her survivability,  that would be nice.

Erdikan, who was presumably still on Sequence's World assuming that his Author wasn't being stupid, woke up in an expansive field of golden grass. He looked about himself, confused. What had happened?

After a few moments, he felt a telepathic link open up.

We're calling a council. You need to return. I'll fill you in on everything.

Erdikan sent back his accordance, then glanced around one last time. Then he strode forwards, fading from the field.
