Oh gosh korra ok

I actually enjoyed most of the first season. I liked how it felt more politicky and grown up to contrast with the older series. But then they made some BIG mistakes with it.

Namely, gave her Bending back too soon. This show is clearly made for a slightly older audience, so why not wait on it? Also, it would have done WONDERS for her character development to have all but air bending locked away for a while. It would have been a lot better if they’d waited until at least partway through the next season. 

I haven’t finished Korra yet, but I have gotten to the part where

they show off the world of the Lion-Turtles. Gonna be honest, it doesn’t quite feel like it’s as good as it could be. I liked Avatar, and I guess I expected more from that past. 

I haven’t seen all of it, but those are my major complaints. The characters are pretty cool, though, and I really like republic city.

well that's what TLT basically was, but now Glass and Haly have established dictatorial control and need reasons for things  (I'm kidding (mostly))
