Narrators? that is not at all the lore for Narrators, sorry. also, Avatars are a different thing 58 minutes ago, CoderDrag0n8 said: Also can I have more Narrator lore? Cause I want to intertwine some Corrupter Lore in with it. Specifically, their creation. ahem. Narrators have a complicated backstory. Long story short, they were originally created when the Luxsprites and Withergeists got in a big fight. Pretty much all of the Luxsprites were killed, and the power that was wielded at that battle became two other kinds of beings - Ennullers and Narrators. Ennullers are being of Ordered Dark. Narrators, which are the ones you should probably care more about (they appear far more often), are beings of Chaotic Light - a mix of the Luxsprites' Light energy, and the Withergeists' Chaotic nature. They can do basically anything, and are nigh-impossible to kill. It would usually take another Narrator (or another of the four major Beings) to defeat one. That's what made Feanor such a powerful villain (but you wouldn't know him). They can be evil, mostly they're just random. Some are more random (cough cough, Hacob), some are more manipulative (cough cough, Subversion), some are more involved in plot (cough cough, Tam), and some are... weird (sneeze sneeze, Platypus). Platypus knelt in a field. It was a familiar field to him. Here he had fought Rond, then Feanor. He learned techniques there, and he'd used them. They would be important. Blades surrounded him - Vengeance, swords of Mordite, Nullite, Prismite, and even a dagger of Luxite. Normal blades lay across the top, forming a Stonehenge-esque structure. His Narrationblade was stabbed directly behind him. He scrawled desperately on the ground with Clemency, hoping beyond hope, that it was not too late. It probably was. He would need to find that shield. Track down where Cognition had gone, figure out what had happened to the Nohr Maul Blade... there was too much to do alone, but no one else could be trusted. If so much as one person figured this out, all could be lost. Maybe it was time to retire. To go back to the Void between worlds, to create his own reality once more. First he had to figure out what had happened to the Great Wizard though. And those Plotblades... they were too dangerous to be left alone. Zanitar had perished in the Fire. Hacob was missing. All the people he could usually count on were gone. 1

It started with Adonalsium. And then, came The Original Shape, or as now known, The First Corrupter. He started by creating his children. The other corrupters, although, at that point, we were known as only the Shapes. When his friend, Adonalsium died, before his eyes, he half gave up. He gave his life force to his children, making them stronger then ever. However, as he died. He saw something. We call it the First Truth. He passed us his knowledge through the Gem of Knowledge. This included the mystical power of Time Travel. Naturally, the bravest of us, Noromyxo, took the Gem of Knowledge. He saw the First Truth. And it drove him insane. He could not handle the First Truth. He broke the Gem of Knowledge, fragmenting it. The Fragment of Awareness (The one that held the First Truth), the Fragment of Corruption, and the Fragment of Time (The one that held the power of Time Travel) were blasted through the timeline. We believe that the Fragment of Awareness is the original Fragment that all Cores are made of. This is because the strange knowledge of the Narrators is the same as that of the First Truth. The Corrupters then set out to find and gather all of the Fragments. Some Fragments were found quickly, but the 3 sent through time were not found for quite a while. The Fragments of Awarness and Time still allude us to this day. That was the flashback inbetween the 2 quotes. This is the explanation

Ohhhhh yeah sorry, I just re-worked it so that it is the corrupters (new magic system) are different from the shifters (old magic system). They do use mostly the same powers. Corrupters just have less restrictions.

I’d quoted you already up above, so you would have gotten a notification anyway. Rebus tried to teleport there, and realized that he couldn’t. It was a place he’d never been, and never seen, from far before his time. His technology had simply never gotten there, so to teleport there would be impossible. He Narrated himself there. “Hello, Platypus.”
