i didn't see this until now, but if that's talking about Drilk getting brought there, it's most likely not possible. He was totally Bound to the realm, and trapped exactly where he was. Sorry

It doesn't completely bring them over into the other realm. Only Eldyn can completely shift into the Shadow Realm. it does let them communicate though

Nobody. Eldyn just pulled Drills shadow into the Shadow Realm to talk to them.
