Both Eof and Foe lost their family, that didn't cause the split. The split was caused when Eof met Esmerelda. One version of him (Eof) gave up his goal of total conquest of TLT for its own good, and the other (Foe) didn't, leading to the situation we have today. I guess we could just say that Eof was turning into a total mustache-twirling villain before he met Esmerelda.

The pineapples died. Suddenly, quickly, and unstoppably. Nameless hated pineapples of all kinds, and wasn't afraid of blaspheming.

They exploded into nothing.

Then they turned into fire.

Pineapples decided to retire temporarily (yes that's a thing) so that the story may continue for the sake of everybody' hatred of cliffhanger endings.

Everybody had been permanently scarred by reading the Rithmatist.

Suddenly, there were no Narrators around. They all disappeared.

This was all according to Foe's or was it Eof's plan.

It was impossible to tell anymore. But it was (mostly) perfect.

This was very sad, as all the Narrators had all been transported to a very unpleasant place.

Fortunately, everyone else was finally able to live a normal cosmere life.

Nameless was fine with it, as he didn't have a body to feel all the horribly agonizing pain, but he figured the others must be having a terrible time, so he pretended to be tortured as well.

Nameless was given a temporary vessel to inhabit, just so he could experience the unpleasantness.

[NameIess]

This made Nameless angry, so he accidentally exploded the temporary vessel.

"Accidentally" accidentally escaped back to TLT

[ThroughTheLivingSequence she/her/they/them]

That was fine, as Accidentally did not have a major impact upon TLT in any way.

This was all part of Foe's master plan. Makind the Narrators trap Nameless forever had been easier than he imagined.
