It went viral in three shakes of a Flaffle's tail.

Which was very agreeable, as it allowed the circulation of Catless videos.

Unfortunately, Catless actually had incredible physco powers, and those videos caused billions to go insane.

This made them easier to hypnotize to join Foe's army.

Which also caused the flow of Catless videos to accelerate.

With this new army, Foe moved on to his next goal: debody every Narrator.
