Bookwyrm watched Nameless's transformation from another realm.

Hm. Interesting... he thought. I really should go pay Eof a visit at this point. If he's behind this...well, things are worse than I thought.

Bookwyrm quickly found Eof's house using his Narration powers and transported himself there. Then he knocked on the door.

Bookwyrm hesitated.

"I'm sorry, but you seem to know who I am, while I don't know who you are." He smiled. "Could you tell me your name?" he asked kindly.

Allie led him through several hallways that were much too long to fit in the house, to a dining table surrounded by an assortment of children of an assortment of ages, with Esmerelda at its head.

Bookwyrm accepted it, thanking the boy, though he waited to drink it. He glanced around the table, trying to get a feel for everyone's mood, especially Esmerelda's.

Esmerelda grabbed the knife from him. "What'd I say about going through daddy's safe? Go to your room right now young man, and if I catch you doing it again you'll be grounded for a month." She turned to Bookwyrm, face firm but not unkind. "Welcome, Narrator. We're glad you could join us. I'm afraid Eof is out right now, taking care of some very important business, but I can answer any questions you may have."
