Butt and Burg didn't want to be rich. They just wanted to eat pine-fruit.

If Steven had still been around, he would have been proud.

Unfortunately, the tree was guarded by an army of mice.

Secretly, the army of mice hated their job.

[NameIess]

They were the only beings in existence that didn't like pine-food.

They'd rather have strawberries.

[The Wandering Wizard he/him]

They knew the way of Palan-Bol.

[NameIess]

But they did their job nonetheless, for if they failed, then all the strawberries in the world would be lost.

But first, Butt and Burg had to cross the forest of silence.

[NameIess]

This forest was completely silent, as the name implied. Which meant it was one of the few locations in TLT that was immune to Narration.

[The Wandering Wizard he/him]

They could only tell the tale of what went on inside.

The silence creeped Butt out.

[NameIess]

Unfortunately, withergeists had filled the forest of late, waiting for unwary travelers to wander in and be consumed.

This was narration and so they were changed back into what they were, shades.

[NameIess]

This was Narration, so the withergeists remained in their natural state.

[The Bookwyrm he/him]

THIS was narration, so Butt and Burg made it out alive.

Butt and Burg made to the lake with most of their body parts.

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Mythos got over his friend's death. He used a wormhole to get to Thaidakar's mansion in fast time. He sat down in Thaidakar's den and started watching the first two episodes of rings of power.

Butt shuddered as he thought of his non-Narrated adventures in the forest. Surely they had been terrible. Also he'd lost an arm, and Burg had a new eyepatch.

[Turtle they/them]

The tv exploded.

[NameIess]

Nameless teleported next to Mythos and started giving annoying explanations of the deep lore behind the characters and how much the show was changing.

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Mythos raised an eyebrow, "you know, Nameless, I kind of want to watch the show myself and find how much I like it. They may be changing all this stuff, but it's still middle earth no matter what interpretation it is. At least the soundtrack is sick."

Suddenly, the entire show was cancelled due to low ratings.

The pineapples were displeased.

the show was reopened two seconds later.
