Meanwhile Micheal and Lindy were in a house. well should we call it a house? it was their house. it turned out Micheal and Lindy were getting married in a week. Micheal put all the invitations in the mail to Nameless, Spook, Mythos, Soulmover, Nowhere, impossible, Someone Else, Aon Ene, a few corpses, AdoKho and a few select others. on the invitation was "NO FIGHTING OR YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE WEDDING!" 

no invitation for the Skiens, TOWWACBob, or the Quarkbeast?

do you  have a plan to get a mordite blade? they currently have access to one, but it will be taken care of if you have a plan to get one.

TOWWACBob and the Skiens sadly had to decline, but the Quarkbeast was comming.

The black hole slowed the Darkbeast down a little but did not stop it.

It let out a screech that echoed through the branes.

Likely fairly soon, replied the survey, anxiety edging its voice. We should- I don't-

"Interesting. Well, I could keep teleporting us forever. Or I could try to convert the Darkbeast back into a chaotic light creature. Or I could try to kill it. Or maybe I could try to turn it into a sword. Perhaps that would work. Which option do you like best?"

"Great! Sword it is then." Nameless transported them to another location, where a large device was waiting. "All right. I need you to stand in that thing in order to lure the Darkbeast in. Then once the Darkbeast gets in it, I'll transport you out and activate the purification device, which will hopefully simultaneously kill the Darkbeast and turn it into pure Mordite. He scratched his head. "I've been having trouble with this thing, actually. It's been acting a little... strange." Moni gave Nameless a flat look. "Look, I'm sure it'll work, there's no reason to complain. It'll at least kill th- oh, right. Sorry. I'll try to fix the Darkbeast instead." Nameless pulled out his converter medallion and readied it, waiting for the Darkbeast to appear.

The Witherlord entered on the back of the Darkbeast, its constant consumption for once halted.

"Oh. Shoot. Well, I guess that the plan's changed." Nameless grabbed Moni, pressed the medallion into her hands, and teleported her and X to the Knight.

Nameless coughed. "Awkward." He grabbed the medallion back. "Alright Witherlord, back off. This medallion here can make anything I want into Luxite, so you can either storm off or get a nice sword shoved in your face. I'll give you ten seconds to decide. Nine. Eight."

Thaidakar grinned, "I know, that's why it was such fun to chop off your head while you were taking a shower."

 

 

Meanwhile Mythos, Nowhere, Impossible and Rep (who was probably following Nowhere and Impossible) arrived on the scene too.  Abomination stood apart from the witherlord, holding a sword and wearing dark armor, "my lord, you must duel him now, he'll just slip out of our hands again if not."

Mythos summoned his armor and sword, "brother... I believe we have a score to settle." the voice laughed.
