The Longest Thread (Misadventures)

Um . . . I thought we were trying to stay on track, but apparently not.

The ninjas and samurais snuck up behind everyone from the ceiling, then tied them up and tossed them in the corner, except for Melody's nose, who was still running. They bundled them into the back of a truck and drove off into the stormy night, which was suddenly morning. But then it was night again. Then a tomato crossed the road because it saw the salad dressing and got hit by the truck, then the orange was sad because it was best friends with the tomato. In the back of the truck, Melody woke up. But she was missing her nose. It was still running! She gasped and then screamed, waking everyone else up.

I figure I may as well add the crazy for you guys, so you have no need to post more crazy stuff

The screaming surprised Melody's nose so much that it stopped dead in it's tracks.

[Vapor she/her]

Actually dead.

[Condensation she/her]

The nose then disappeared into thin air and reappeared on Melody's face. She sighed. "Thank goodness! Stop doing that! I've told you so many times!"

But then it got mad and ran away again, leaving her looking like a female Voldemort.

Nameless tried to get out of his bonds, but the ninjas were taking no chances. He was tied head to foot in chains made of an alloy of mithril, adamantium, aluminum, and uru.

Which had the structural integrity of popcorn

And was just as edible.

[Vapor she/her]

So Vapid ate her chains.

[Ashbringer he/him]

Schrodinger started compounding nicrosil.

And Vapid finished eating her popcorn chains, which tasted like unicorn smiles

Melody sighed and shook her head. "My narrator says you're missing a period. How are we going to get out of this?"

Just to be clear, since Vapor is misconstruing my words, I was tied up as well, even though I was polite.

[Vapor she/her]

"Eat them!"

[Condensation she/her]

Melody tries, but her ropes and chains are not made of popcorn. "I can't, mine are like the usual. Can anyone else chew through their chains?

[Vapor she/her]

Vapid starts gnawing on the remains of her chains.

[Condensation she/her]

Melody sighs. "Can anyone else get out of their chains?"

[Turtle they/them]

"Someone walks into the room, sighs, and says "so, you all are stuck." then punches all the ninjas."

Vapid stands up. "So, who are you?"

[Turtle they/them]

the girl smiled. "someone.' she said, then she cuts the peoples ropes. "so, how did this happen to you?"

Revision: Someone walks into the room, sighs, and says, "So, you all are stuck," then punches all of the ninjas.

The girl smiled. "Someone," she said, then she cut the ropes. "So, how did this happen to you?"

Melody smiled. "Hi, I'm Melody! Some ninjas and samurais did this. I don't know where they are now."

I actually think we were in a truck. That's where I put us, at least. Doesn't matter! Continue. We'll assume that the ninjas put us in a room instead.

Schrodinger thanked the girl called someone for the rescue, as it saved him a good amount of stored Investiture.

Melody looked around. "Now, where are we?"

[Turtle they/them]

"In a place." Kae said.

"Well, I gathered that! But which place?" Melody smiled at the girl, and went to go peek out the door.

That was not sarcasic, Melody isn't sarcastic. If it were me, it would have been sarcastic, but it's not me.
