livinglegend Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 Well, congratulations Orlock you've won the game. Now let's remove the Tormanders for good.
Orlok Tsubodai Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 You know, Livinglegend, I think that would be boring. It helps none of you to kill me, and I think I can help everyone have fun. For now, Stick. I've had two of your team members corroborate that your faction was working to eliminate all the others, and I understand that you're now trying to lead the faction forward in the same direction. Peoples of Luthadel, Cousins, friends. Let us lay aside war, and strife, and come together with me to free us all from the threat of Heron tyranny. 3
Eternum he/him Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 Congratulations, Orlok. I can't say I didn't expect this. Well, everyone.. One winner has been chosen. I think we all strive to join him on the podium. Let the games continue, and may the wisest win.
Walin he/him Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 Noooo Drought! Well, you went out with style. Dbec sat in the streets, listening to skaa. They all told different stories of what was happening. One said that Locke was never real, but just a front put up by some of the lower House Tormander members. This was the only rumor that even held a bit of significance. It hinted towards an infiltration of kandra. The coalition was still going strong. Of course, he only heard it from a skaa. A raving one at that, whose sentences varied in grammar. However, Dbec could teach him literacy in his own alphabet, the one he used to change his name. It was far superior to the Steel Alphabet, having 26 characters that varied in shape, rather than a few distinct characters that also symbolized metals. After all, if the plan went according to plan, Dbec would have to plan for a decrease in House members, who had planned to exit House Heatherlocke. So he would have some recruiting to do. 1

Steeldancer he/him Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 Darn it. I tried to stop the faction, but apparently i went after the wrong person. Killing Orlok may or may not be a good idea. Hm.

Killing Orlok may or may not be a good idea. Hm. Your house didn't make either of the kills last night, so you succeeded if that's what you were going for. I don't think we should try to lynch Orlok unless he keeps getting people killed. His death doesn't help anybody win, so I see little reason to kill him. The only other current candidate for the lynch is from my house, so I'm not going to vote yet.
Fifth Scholar he/him Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Hail Lord Locke Tekiel Tormander! May your reign be long and uninterrupted by petty Skaa uprisings. I don’t have a great lynch target for now, so I’ll hold off until later.
Jondesu he/him Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 I don’t see any particular reason to get rid of Orlok. Unless he wants to kill me. Then it’s on the table.

I am with Jondesu. But as of now, I have no one who really is "bothering" me so I'm gonna keep my vote.
shanerockes Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Well, seeing as there is one Heron already up for vote, I think I shall add another. I am going to vote for Mafia.
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted February 24, 2018 Author Posted February 24, 2018 The Day ends in Mafia (1): Shanerockes Orlok (1): livinglegend Stick (1): Orlok At this point, no one will die. Please start voting. Also, if you plan to do last minute votes, please tell Elbereth and I in your Game PM.(Oh Ruin, it's 2 in the morning. I'm going to sleep)
Eternum he/him Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 I'll vote on Stick for now. I don't have a problem with lynching Mafia either, though. There's not much to say in-thread, so that's all, folks
Fifth Scholar he/him Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 I’ll Stick to what I know for certain, and right now I know I want a Heron dead. No last minute bandwagoning for me, unfortunately, as I’ll be at a math competition. Lynch wisely, I suppose.
livinglegend Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 I'm not sure lynching a stick kills it. I'll vote Mafia. Orlock
Araris Valerian he/him Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 As a sign of goodwill I'll vote on Mafia.
Steeldancer he/him Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 I'll vote on Stick . No offense to Stick, but I miss reading write-ups where stick gets lynched. It's so hilarious.

Jo and the Bush all/any Posted February 24, 2018 Author Posted February 24, 2018 Night 3: Am i a Stick? STICK /stik/Noun A thin piece of wood that has fallen or been cut from a tree. A semi-regular player in Sanderson Elimination. Informal, derogatory, name for the country side. something resembling or likened to a stick, in particular. STICK /stik/Verb Push a sharp or pointed object into or through something. Put somewhere, typically in a quick or careless way. be fixed in a particular position or unable to move or be moved. STICK was a STICK. The other players of SE did not appreciate this. So they went out and crafted a STICK in order to have a weapon to STICK through STICK. Most of the players of SE could easily dodge such lame attacks, but since STICK could only STICK to one position, her assailants could easily STICK their weaponized STICK through her body. But they knew that if they were discovered, they would be arrested, so they looked for a place to STICK her body. Eventually, they decided to just STICK her out in the STICKS, hidden among the other STICKs. Stick was lynched! Walin he/him Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 NO! ...I was PM'ed by Stick last night...and I didn't respond in time. I could have voted on Mafia and kept attempting the no-death win... I'm sorry, Stick. I have few excuses. This round, though--I will do my best to prevent further bloodshed. I mean, if dying to a kandra doesn't shed any blood, then it's not bloodshed, right? Dbec paced around the room. Over the last day, he had talked to many skaa and gotten their rumors. The few that were coherent, he had brought here. The intent was to train them to be servants in his house, but also to be spies. There wasn't much else to do with his time, and what could it hurt? If they got killed while out spying, they couldn't be traced back to him. Dbec had never told them his name, and they shouldn't be able to recognize his face. They were only skaa, and Dbec knew that the sight of a noble drew attention to the clothes, and not to the face. Because often, looking a noble in the eye meant bad things. Rebellion. Pride. Lack of fear. So there wasn't any chance of getting repercussions for this. At least, Dbec hoped... 2
Steeldancer he/him Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Well, i got exactly what I wanted. An entertaining death of a stick.
Araris Valerian he/him Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 The thing is, you don't die to a Kandra. Somebody murders you and feeds your corpse to the Kandra. The murder doesn't have to be pleasant. 1
Fifth Scholar he/him Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 Count Olaf looked around the room, raising his only eyebrow. The entire congregation of nobles were talking in hushed pairs around the room, some people flitting from one conversation to the next indiscriminately. He would normally thrive in such a situation. But he knew that some very false deceptions were going around. Who could you trust here? This wasn’t like his previous encounter with politics, where all the alliances were obvious. You found the arsonists in the crowd and sided with them. It was easy after that, merely eliminating all those who tried to resist, armed with their little quotes from their precious books. But here? It was tough to tell. One pair of schemers caught Olaf’s eye. One was a man with a beard but no hair, and the other a woman with hair but no beard. Well, getting mixed up with them was certainly a terrible idea. Last time he’d tried that, he had nearly died. He subtly edged his way around the room, until he realized he was standing in front of the podium. All eyes slowly turned to him, and Olaf realized that the nobles actually expected him to say something. He cleared his throat, thinking furiously. ”Well, um, I’d like to point out the incredible lack of public communication among us recently,” Olaf said. He raised his hand to forestall Straw. “Yes, I’m guilty as well. However, we should probably talk amongst ourselves as a group more often. While most of us won’t be surviving, the fact remains that this will go into the Ministry’s records, and boy there’s going to be very little in there if we don’t start communicating publicly again. And, um, maybe we should learn more about what happened with the Heatherlockes last night? I mean, they didn’t kill anyone, which is really unusual.” The Heatherlockes shot Olaf a glance of disdain, and began to whisper among themselves in bemusement. Well, he didn’t really expect any of them to help out anyway. The rest of the nobles simply shook their heads, muttering about time-wasters, and began to break back up into their small conversations, plotting furiously. Olaf sighed, and began to join them. Well, it was worth a shot to try to get some group discussion... Sorry if my RP is terrible, this is my first real stab at it (I tried a bit in the AG but didn’t do much with it). 4
Araris Valerian he/him Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 Hadrian spoke up. "There is a faction within our House that is determined to do nothing. While not directly a threat, they are determined that the rest of us should also not be able to do anything either. As a result, our allomancers are receiving conflicting orders and unable to act." Hadrian moved toward Olaf and spoke more quietly. 1
