Leave us your email address and we'll make sure you're the first to know when we're ready to invite more people. Already invited? We've temporarily exceeded our capacity. Please try again soon. Then won't ever let me do anything past that. I can browse to Kchan's and Chaos's profiles though but nothing past that lol.

My guess is that they fixed this invite work around thing.

I got a "Temporarily exceeded capacity" thing for a while, too. Just keep trying and it will work eventually. Obviously they are just trying to curb its growth. So I'm not sure if it's worth it or not. Yeah, they had a misstep with Buzz, but they are doing a really good job here. When you try it out, you will realize how clunky Facebook truly is.

Joe ST he/him Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 yes, they need your email address so they can email you the link to sign-up/attach your Google account to G+. And they do send out the invites rather quickly, so there's no worries about getting lost in the system. You'll have to give one of us your email address.

Hoping some of my fb friends jump on over so I have some more people to talk to. I'm Trey Leuenberger on G+ by the way. Oh and does the service remind anyone else of a mixture of facebook and twitter?
