Alcatraz in Roshar... What if?

What would happen if Alcatraz and Bastille (along with any other Smedry/character) wound up on Roshar?

I think Kaladin or Shallan would be entertained by/overcome with annoyance at Alcatraz. Bastille would probably be entertaining. Someone gets annoyed: Storming Bastille

Alcatraz could perform the seemingly impossible and break Kaladin's perpetual gloominess. Aydee and Lift would probably become great friends, especially once the former starts using her Talent to miscount large quantities of food so Lift can become extra-Awesome. And Jasnah and Navani would probably be driven insane trying to make sense of Smedry Talents.

Earth is Yolen, and Brandon Sanderson himself is Adonalsium, and will be destroyed by sixteen of the most powerful members on this website. Hoid is trying to put the author of the universe back together so that he can make more stories.

I have a theory that says the Cosmere is to Alcatraz what Alcatraz is to us 

Aka, the cosmere is a book within a book. Obviously, Brandon Sanderson exists in-universe, otherwise Alcatraz wouldn't have impersonated him, and the in-universe Brandon does write fantasy novels; mistborn and elantris at least. Then again, maybe this is simply more fourth wall breaking; either way, Alcatraz could enter the Cosmere by breaking the fourth wall; downward if my theory is correct, sideways if not. (The first is the equivalent of you entering a book, the second the equivalent of you entering a parallel universe)

Are we sure? Their described as "Energy coming off your soul set to a specific tune." Based off of RoW tone shenanagins, and the fact that souls are investiture, it sounds like their talents are just investiture effected by the specific tone they have. Oculatory glass works the same way, using a different tone to change the function.
