Pointy-chinned? If WB calls her, say, narrow-face, and OB has a minor female character with a narrow face, that might be a hint. (I had a dream last night that Vivenna showed up in OB as herself, under her own name. But I doubt it's gonna happen that way).

But it won't be description that fills us in. It'll be how she acts or what she says. I'd look for people that stand out and are using color metaphors.

It is also implied I think in the annotations/WoB that people with the royal locks can tweak their appearance with the right understandings of their powers, like returned to a lesser extent. She could actually stoke that fragment of a divine Breath inside of her and start glowing like a Returned. She can’t change her physical features to look like someone else, but she can change her age, her height (within reason), and her body shape (to an extent). It takes practice. Given how people are implying she's fairly easy to spot, I doubt she's doing this, but for the purpose of the OP's question, her description in Warbreaker could practically be invalidated for finding her here. @Leyrann That should also be in a spoiler tag.
