Eccentric Hero he/him Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 (edited) Spren. Spren are investiture; kandra are transformed people. Would you rather have a spike in one eye or a spike in each your shoulders? Edited September 3, 2016 by Eccentric Hero
Mistbornwithakitty she/her Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 Shoulders thank you very much! I enjoy my eyesight with color. Would you rather be an enslaved Skaa or a resident of Etlantris (how they are in the beginning, of course)?
StormyQueen she/her Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 Resident of Elantris. Maybe I could help protect the kids. would you rather have an Elantris movie, or a Warbreaker movie (done perfectly)?
Tariniel he/him Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 A war breaker movie. I think that magic system would look great on screen. Would you rather be one of the maids in the Davar household or in a noble's house on Scadrial (pre-Harmony)?
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 A maid in a noble's house pre-harmony. At least I'm better than the skaa Would you rather be a mindless Seon or a "dead" spren

At least their minds get back to their normal state after Elantris' restoration Would you rather have Warbreaker never written or White Sand (prose) never written?
KnightRadiant she/her Posted September 5, 2016 Author Posted September 5, 2016 They're both good! Well, of course they are. They were both written by Brandon... Er. I think Warbreaker. Would you rather read and reread all of Brandon's book, but never find out about the Cosmere until someone deliberately points it out to you, or know about everything in the cosmere (including things that haven't happened yet) but never be able to tell anyone until Brandon writes it?
Samaldin he/him Posted September 5, 2016 Posted September 5, 2016 Definitly not knowing about the cosmere until pointed out, i already have enough trouble not spoilering (i want to talk about things! So read the things so that i can talk about it!)^^ Would you rather know how the cosmere storyline is going to end or how it started (how the original 16 got together, the shattering, how hoid fits into things, etc)? 1
Eccentric Hero he/him Posted September 5, 2016 Posted September 5, 2016 I'd like to know the ending. Sanderson's endings are always amazing. (How will you tell me? Will you pm me?) Would you rather talk to [Brandon Sanderson for 2 hours] or [Hoid for an hour and Kriss for an hour]? 2
Assassin in Burgundy he/him Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Brandon. Spoiler Last time Kelsier talked to Hoid, he got the crap beat out of him. I think I'll try to avoid that. Would you rather be a tin savant or a twin born of two random powers?
Elenion he/him Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 I'd rather be a random twin born, because the powers would be far more useful (think extra strength, never being cold, extreme luck, etc.) than tin savantism. Unless you get Gnat as your allomantic power, but even then you'd at least have a feruchemical one. Would you rather have your non-dominant arm be deadened by a shardblade or become a drab for the rest of your life?
sprtstr14 he/him Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 A drab, I guess I like my arm more than color? Would you rather Dalinar or Wax be killed?
rtfirefly Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 (edited) Dalinar. I would much rather see Wax becoming a father and happily grow old with Spoiler Steris (Took me a while to find the spoiler tag) Would you rather see Hoid and Kelsier's relationship be heated adversaries or bff's? Edited September 13, 2016 by rtfirefly
Bond Nahel Bond he/him Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Kelsier and Hoid doing a buddy cop thing. There's no way those conversations wouldn't just be the best thing ever! Would you rather read a book about the south scadrians or about the Haralds (pre breaking the oaths)

I'm really curious about them. Would you rather become Stick (pros:flame-resistant,resolute) or a Midnight Essence (pros:flame-resistant cons:evil)?

Assuming I kept my same sense of morality, Stick. Assuming I took on the morality of Roshar upon arrival, still Stick. Less chance of death. Would you rather be strung up in a highstorm or sprint into a wild Koloss horde?
Tariniel he/him Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 Sprint into a wild Koloss horde. Slightly better chance of survival, I believe. Would you rather that Kaladin die or that Shallan die?
Eccentric Hero he/him Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 Shallan die. Kaladin is more honorable and doesn't kill in cold blood. Would you rather get a spike in your right eye or left eye or both? >: D (I would choose right eye because that's my lazy eye.)

Left eye. I'm right-eyed so it wouldn't be as much of a shift, and I'd like to keep normal vision in at least one eye so that rules out both. Would you rather possess Nightblood or a Shardblade? 2
Gallifreyan Jedi Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 A shardblade. in soviet Nalthis sword posesses you. Would you rather be an allomancer with ulcers or an elantrian with dyslexia? 1

Because IIRC Dyslexia almost never occurs with Asian scripts like Kanji (Japanese signs).

thegatorgirl00 she/her Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Elantrian. I would still get the city and immortality. Would you rather try to convince Jasnah of something with Wayne logic or try to convince Wayne of something with Jasnah logic.
Wubdor he/him Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 Convince Jasnah with Wayne logic. It'd be over quickly and I'd rather meet Jasnah than Wayne. Plus I really want to see her reaction. Would you rather be a mistborn during Hero of Ages or a normal citizen without any magic during Alloy of Law?
sprtstr14 he/him Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Mistborn during Hero of Ages. Superpowers over normalcy any day. I know what it's like to be a normal citizen already. Would you rather be Sadea's boot shiner or have to clean up a pile of chasmfiend waste? 3
