KaIadin he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 It has been confirmed by Brandon Sanderson that Nightblood will consume your soul like a shardblade severe's it. What are your thoughts. So I read this and was thinking, "What happens if you are a ginger." So what happens to gingers? 3
Lindel he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 As in people with red hair? ...In what way would hair color make a difference? Nightblood would consume their soul, just like anyone else. 1
WeiryWriter he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 As in people with red hair? ...In what way would hair color make a difference? Nightblood would consume their soul, just like anyone else. ClockWork PoleAxe is referencing a very common joke that "gingers have no souls".
MrGinger128 Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Well they're mutants so I imagine nothing... Unpleasant looking lot in general. 2
Lindel he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 ClockWork PoleAxe is referencing a very common joke that "gingers have no souls". Ah, I suppose I have heard that before. What does that make Siri, if she temporarily turns her hair red?
hoidhunter he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 They actually consume nightblood's soul... They do that...
VoltCruelerz he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 I vote we would devour its soul. Isn't Shallan's hair red? Yes.
Quiver he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 I vote we would devour its soul. Gingers devour Nightbloods Investiture. Nightblood is a weapon of war. The Doctor wants to be ginger. Therefore: The Doctor wants to be ginger so he can destroy Nightnlood. Doctor Who is Cosmere, #headcanon 7
skaa he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Isn't Shallan's hair red? It is, and it's probably because of her family's Horneater blood, which means she has Parshendi blood as well. The belief that gingers don't have souls is just a misunderstanding. They're not soulless, they're just Voidbringer spawn. 5
Stormgate he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 It is, and it's probably because of her family's Horneater blood, which means she has Parshendi blood as well. The belief that gingers don't have souls is just a misunderstanding. They're not soulless, they're just Voidbringer spawn. I think that's almost worse. 1
natc Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 What's wrong with Rock and Lopen? They're voidbringer spawn!
Stormgate he/him Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 There is a difference between Voidbringers and the Listeners. As far as we know, all Voidbringers are Listeners, but not all Listeners are Voidbringers.
AerionBFII he/him Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 Do they still not have souls? Even on Roshar?!?!?! 1
The Honor Spren she/her Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Gingers devour Nightbloods Investiture. Nightblood is a weapon of war. The Doctor wants to be ginger. Therefore: The Doctor wants to be ginger so he can destroy Nightnlood. Doctor Who is Cosmere, #headcanon I knew it! Hoid is a time lord!!
Stormgate he/him Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Doctor Who is Reckonverse! The Doctor is an Epic! I have seen nothing to indicate that the Doctor is not an Epic. He is a gifter to be sure, though. He also makes good use of Epic tech likely derived from a telepath, passing it off as a sonic screwdriver.

If the Doctor is an epic, and he co-exidts with Nightblood... Did we just prove that Reckoners is Cosmere? 1
natc Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Like I said once, Ruin clearly showed signs of Epic corruption.
Stormgate he/him Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Like I said once, Ruin clearly showed signs of Epic corruption. What does that even mean? Ruin was a storming Shard!
Eagle of the Forest Path he/him Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 What does that even mean? Ruin was a storming Shard! I think you mean "rusting" shard. 1
Ari he/him Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 There is a difference between Voidbringers and the Listeners. As far as we know, all Voidbringers are Listeners, but not all Listeners are Voidbringers. Arguably, being a Voidbringer means you're no longer a Listener. Rlain certainly seems to think so. If the Doctor is an epic, and he co-exidts with Nightblood... Did we just prove that Reckoners is Cosmere? +1 for successful trolling.
DreamEternal Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Arguably, being a Voidbringer means you're no longer a Listener. Rlain certainly seems to think so. +1 for successful trolling. That was easy. In the Random Stuff V thread, after proving Shakespeare was actualy an Elder Scroll, I used dragons to prove Calamity is a shard.
skaa he/him Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 (edited) What does that even mean? Ruin was a storming Shard! Ati was a soulless Voidbringerredhead. (I'll stop now. For what it's worth, I think red hair is cool.) Edited December 29, 2015 by skaa 1
