They're all purring, Bruce especially, so it's not exactly unpleasant. :P

That's good to know. Let them snuggle of the love of you and the magical clips. :P

My brother distracted Bruce and Mollie, though. Now I've just got Bruno and Well of Ascension.

Ah I see you have already started the next book and meet the most charming family this side of Oregon... I'd like to see your face at a half spoiler but my self control is to great for it.

There's enough dysfunction in Straff alone to prompt a child services investigation in fifteen states, and enough abusive tendencies in Zane for half of Tumblr to hold him up as an example of a terrible boyfriend—even if he happened to be single at the time.

I'll assume I'll know the spoiler when I get to it.

Finally convinced my brother to start Steelheart . . .

(at about halfway through he said, "this isn't one of your 'Cosmere' books is it? Better not be" . . . *facepalm*)

I hate you just a little. :P

I like the Dalinar we meet in the first two books better, but I definitely appreciate him more now. O.o

At 29.36 in this video, you can listen him read it yourself.

I think that's the point. And we knew he wasn't a great man before, now we just get to see him close up and in action.

True, but it's one thing to be told he wasn't a nice man; it's another thing to see it. "Blackthorn" indeed.

Okay, Dalinar change remarkably.

And this ending of the chapter...it's cool, but i doubt present-day Dalinar would do this

Everyone in Twi's family:

STOP TALKING ABOUT HER YOUNGEST SISTER BEHIND HER BACK. Very little of what she does is probably intended as malicious. Her rebelling against your ridiculously strict rules is not "a heart issue," it is a natural response to rules that make no sense and seem punitive in nature. Seeing a series of texts where you all mock this sister (knowing she will never see them and can't defend herself) makes Twi want to respond with a long series of swear words, and use the resulting shock to call every single one of you out.

KNOCK IT OFF. THE POOR KID GETS ENOUGH TEASING AND RUMORS AT SCHOOL.

SERIOUSLY, MOM. YOU. ARE. A. PASTOR. YOU SHOULD BE ABOVE THIS.
