Read them. They're released in order with no omissions. The only thing that seems like it could be missing at this point is the chapter epigraphs which will take no time at all to pick up. Read them and join the discussion!

This is what I'm leaning towards, basically because I want to be a part of the real-time theorizing going on.  But it'll probably depend on how much time I can allot to the Shard when I'm back at school; if my courseload is as bad as I think it might be, I might have to not read the sample chapters just so I'm not as tempted to spend too much time on the Shard.  

Also, @Ammanas, that is absolutely fantastic.

When you hate names that are also words ( eg Felt, Miles) because they're storming hard to search for references. Like, you hate them in real life. Go around insulting people with names like Cliff, yelling at them that they're unsearchable, muttering that they're probably worldhoppers.

To be fair, I don't think either the words dox or ham show up anywhere in the cosmere, other than the names.

There are pigs on Yolen, in Shinovar, on Scadrial, and on Threnody, but no one eats ham? This is theory worthy in its own right.
