I've seen it on Google images before. I can only assume it was posted online as fan art.

I'm actually kinda curious about this...

Seems like a good fit for Sesemalax Dar, since the place is supposed to have gouges to ensure that highstorms don't mess up the city. I'm guessing buildings are built into the cliff faces, since that's the only way to make sure the highstorm doesn't flood the entire city whenever it hits.

I think that Delightful is wondering where the place in the Image is.  As in, did you make it look like the shattered plains with photoshop, or did you find this image somewhere, and it's actually a real place.  I kind of want to know as well.

The picture was on iFunny, but had a different caption. 

EDIT: Yes, that was photoshopped, but not by me. It apparently was the ad for some travel company.
