Hm it does seem like Honors Ghost is acting the most strangely right now. That spren situation seems rather odd. I’d love a more thorough explanation of why you did that if you’d be willing?

There rly isn’t one lol I wanted my bases covered so I voted one publicly and the other privately

That doesn't really explain why you wouldn't pile on one. Voting for two different doesn't really cover your bases so much as obfuscate the votes.

I'm actually voting on mippo, for the same reasons you mentioned in your post before under mippo actually.

I did have a gut evil read on Honors Ghost, but I suppose I don't get the reasoning of voting on both the trains but y'all don't need my help to kill HG, and I'll be on mippo in case anyone wants switch. Off to sleep now, cya!

That’s a lot of Honor’s Ghost with not much time left in the cycle, we all okay with that?

Whoa, when did this happen? I'm not entirely sure if I like where this might be going. Anyone else have any reads? I sure don't.

Pretty much just in the last page. It’s mostly based on their weird reasoning for their votes last cycle and weird spren claim.

Chaos. And this time, Bitel smiled. Yes, Narash and o - the one who's true name was Bobb, yet who's fear crippled him even from saying it (truly, Bitel should've caught on to the signs earlier) - had failed, but what remained of their scheme was at last beginning to flow smoothly. From his vantage point among the stars, far higher than where the innocent resistors would ever think to look, Bitel could see it all. Tonight, once again, the Singers of Revolar screamed in the streets - but this time, their voices were fewer, and their minds blinded.

Oh, how glorious the ruin was.

...

Fernri walked to their death with resignation. There was no struggle. No final fight. They had seen what had happened to Narash, and decided it was best to end it quickly.

They had chosen to die in the plaza, where all could see. A symbol, perhaps, for all to see. Or maybe just an attempt to be seen. There, they had tied there own rope, and waited for the sun to fall.

Fernri thought they had been sure in their choice.

And yet, as the crowd swirled around the plaza, their screams for blood sounding ever more like the howls of a hungry beast, Fernri's heart thumped. Blood raced through their veins. Their life flashed before their eyes. Oh, how little they had truly lived-

And little they would live, for their death was a quick one. When it was over, the Listener's body was left to hang where all could see - a symbol of nothing but death, and doom.

...

Taxill didn't have much personality. It was true, and they were happy to admit it. The forges of Revolar had trained a worker, and while Taxill was no longer a slave, they had no great dreams, no defining feature. Perhaps the very epitomy of normalcy.

And yet Taxill still wanted to live. They resisted, because they felt an innate feeling that it was right - and they had a strong will. That was another thing the forges had taught.

Taxill didn't know how to feel about Fernri's execution. It was not their choice - yet they were powerless to stop it, and at the very least, it happened quickly. It was what came after that mattered.

As the crowd was beginning to dissipate, an explosion rocked the plaza where Fernri's body hung. When Taxill awoke to their senses, in a pool of blood and ash, they were barely able to catch a glimpse of their attacker before falling dead.

The second innocent to die tonight.

...

The Omniscient Overlord of Everything was also rocked by the explosion, and as they recovered, also found themselves targeted by an unseen assailant, and yet, in their Mightyness, somehow survived.

...

Revolar's plaza burned as Bitel descended. Tonight, he had a smile on his face, and as he reached the ground, a screeching sound began to fill the square. Haunting, it reverberated off the building walls, rustled the ashes. It was a laugh.

Yes, perhaps this would be fun after all.

...

Honor's Ghost has been executed! They were a Listener Spren.

Hm we kinda screwed up there a bit didn’t we

Also anonymous vote on Honors Ghost - why? They were already gone so for what purpose?

Posted

Damn. Sorry HG. I was wrong. I wonder who they were protecting. Is it worth considering that their radiant was another elim and thats why their secret vote pattern was weird?

Based on the attacks, my current questions are:

Was Stick the elim or the Sb attack? Genuine attack or gambit?

Why TJ? They were the only vote on Mippo - was that why they were attacked?

And yeah, there's another secret vote on HG - it does seem pointless when they were leading by so much.

There were two attacks last night, and Akimiko told me they protected me from a conversion - that means there are probably 2 elims, one to kill, one to convert.

What do you mean by the attack on Stick being a gambit?

TJ does seem like an odd choice, maybe they said something in PMs to make the elims want to kill them? Them voting mippo seems like a weird motivation since that would make the next logical move to look at mippo, but maybe that’s what it was?

So they were trying to convert you but failed because Akimiko protected you?

Jojala knelt in the plaza, beneath an empty vessel that had once housed a Spren. A beautiful spren, full of radiance. One that had believed in her. She hadn't known that, hadn't known how long Fernri had been watching her until she'd gotten home and found the note.

If things had gone differently, Jojala might have become Radiant.

Six Singers had stood by and watched as they tied the rope around their own neck. Stick. Nienna. Dahran. Kiri, and two Singers who cared so little about the gift of choice they had been given, that they had not even chosen names. Choice.

Was Choice a gift? Or was it a curse? Jojala had once longed for the ability to choose, but now she had it, and it brought her nothing but grief and longing.

She had spent the day before searching for the Shardbearer, instead of defending Fernri. Was that a mistake? Maybe. What had she learned from it?

@Wahrheitswächter Marne had been very confused by her fake confidence. He had guessed that she had been fooled by a Stormform. Jojala believed Marne to be neither Shardbearer nor Regal.

@Akimikoisthecutest Khenari had been shocked, but refused to confirm nor deny the accusation. She had asked where Jojala had sourced it from, but then her bluff had been revealed in public before She could get any other information from Khenari. While the refusal to deny the accusation was of note, the exact phrasing of their conversation led Jojala to believe that Khenari was certainly not a Regal, and probably not a Shardbearer, but also someone of great skill with words. Not someone to be trifiled with.

@mippo Dahran had been distrustful and uninformative. Carefully ignoring every question that she had asked him while asking questions of his own in return. In the end, He had denied being the Shardbearer, and seemed to grow bored with trying to get information from her. Jojala no longer suspected Dahran of being the Shardbearer, but was inclined to suspect them of being Regal.

@Stick. Stick had laughed at her. Literally laughed at her face, then asked if she was the shardbearer. If She was the Shardbearer, Jojoja would have been dead by now. Jojala honestly had no read on Stick. She could be literally anything.

@ThatOneWorldhopper Jojoja had simply asked her about how she came to that conclusion, then never responded again when she lied about following them Sneakily. Presumably the man had figured out she was bluffing, and decided to ignore her. Unfortunately, Jojala had come to the conclusion that he was a Singer, not a Regal or Shardbearer. What a waste of good spite.

@IcedOutPenguin One of the Nameless Singers, though this one had not voted to execute Fernri. They had simply shaken their head, with no consideration for the accusation at all. It was a surprising reaction to be honest. Jojala didn't know what to make of it, but had decided that he probably wasn't the Shardbearer.

@Doc12 Nienna's name was still misspelled in the listings put out by the Singers running the city of Revolar. The woman had seemed confused, both by the accusation, and then by the admittance of the massive bluff. She really didn't care about the Shardbearer. Jojala was inclined to believe she was neither Regal nor Shardbearer.

@The Unknown Medallion One of the Nameless Singers, and one of the most suspicious. A Singer who had admitted to visiting O shortly before his death, but claimed it to be for other reasons. Jojala was withholding judgement for now, but would hopefully soon find something out. She had considered her own survival to be of interest after accusing him so publicly. Presumably her hunt hadn't threatened the Bearer at all, since she was unattacked.

@coco.pudding Kiri had been confused by the accusation as well, and had offered up an alibi to prove it. It was not an alibi that Jojala could follow up on, but Kiri had been the very first to respond to her accusation, and very quickly. Jojala believed her to be a Singer.

@Qianweilian The last of the Nameless Singers, had outright denied being the Shardbearer, and suggested that she had gotten them mixed up with one of the other two Nameless Singers. They had offered up their nature easily, and guessed Jojala's own nature quickly enough. Jojala didn't think they was the Shardbearer, but could see them being either Regal or Singer.

Jojala frowned as she reviewed her list. Had she really discounted literally everyone except Stick from being the Shardbearer? Maybe that bluff had been a monumental waste of a day. Two Regals had been slain, and she hadn't even really paid any attention to it, because she'd had the idea to try to find the Shardbearer. She should really review what everyone had said while she was working. As things stood, Dahran and the nameless singers were her suspects for Regals. If she had enough time, she would investigate those 4 as thoroughly as possible.

There were two attacks last night, and Akimiko told me they protected me from a conversion - that means there are probably 2 elims, one to kill, one to convert.

If the elims killed TJ for Voting Mippo, that could mean one of two things, either mippo is a elim, but if so, very odd choice to draw attention to him, or he is villa and drawing attention to him was the point, both are plausible so we can only guess which one it is.

I see certain problems with the elims being able to do both kill and convert in one cycle, one it would be very strong and two if thats possible, where was the kill in C1? After C1, two people were dead one exed by the village one killed by the shardbearer, and we werent told that anyone survived an attack, meaning no elim kill atempt. It would be nonsensical to not kill a villa when you have the chance to, at least in my oppinion, so only a conversion. I dont think they got the abbility to do both in C2, so with 1 exe 1 kill and 1 kill attempt, I would say we can be certain that they didnt try to convert or converted anyone.

Wich allows three possible conclusions:

a) Akimiko lied

b) you missunderstood her message, I would say it could simply mean she placed her protection on you not that it triggers.

c) you lied about Amikos message

Even though i do not know her exact words and cant say with certainty how plausible it is i tend towards b
