Okay, well it appears that the elims have smoker bombed us, which is honestly really smart. Village smokers aren't that great compared to elim smokers as they can block seekers from either clearing or outing players. I believe that some elims will also use the large amount of smokers to try to blend in and will also claim smoker.

One good thing that we can take from this (assuming we are flooding with smokers) is that it is less likely that the elims took any vote manipulation so we should probably keep that in mind.

Oh I forgot to respond to me seeing the message and not responding. Idk why that happened but its happened to quite a few people today... I think thats because I have a bunch of tabs open on my computer and phone so stuff is resolving on one when using the other? Anyways thats just my guess.

Ill vote on myself right before rollover if that makes a tie... but we also have a couple hours so I dont think they votes how they are rn is a problem

It is not possible no, that’s the one limit on the Spiked donating roles to the village is that villagers can’t have multiple roles. At some point there’s no more room in the distro and you cannot donate additional roles.

Spiked can theoretically have multiple roles, though, due to the magicks of hemalurgy. But I would assign every Spiked at least one role before considering giving anyone multiple.

Given the prevalence of Smokers, I'm guessing the Eliminators have either a Thug or a Mistborn, The village has a Tineye, seeker, rioter, soother, and 8 smokers. I suspect there are no Lurchers or Coinshots in the game. That would be a somewhat boring game, but fairly safe.

I want to say something about the current state of the Vote, but tbh I was expecting 48 hours to be able to do analysis, and I'm not going to change my plans to do analysis now when it's only day 1. Suffice to say I'll leave my vote where it is for now, but I don't really want to execute any of the folks currently in the running.

Also, if anyone knows who John is, I need to figure out where he lives so I can burn his house down. He's selling bread-products in town which means he's a rival of my pa's bakery.

Interesting. That would leave the elims with some points to spare, however. If this were the case, they'd have enough to remove the Seeker, which is a bad sign.

Since I gave (ill admit about more detailed) breakdown in a PM, I figured i should share at least some of my distro thoughts here.

With 21 points based on what im seeing atm:

-steal smoker x2 (15p)

-steal mb (8p)

-remove coinshot (4p)

-either steal tineye or remove lurcher (0)

This isnt 100% necessarily what I think happened... for instance if there is a village lurcher in this game its possible they stole 2 MB instead of 2 smokers. 

My logic is that removing a seeker costs the same as stealing 2 smokers. 2 smokers means 4 elims (what I think the elim team is) will all be smoked. That makes a seeker unhelpful and means vote manip against them is all bad. It also gives all 4 the smoker bluff but they could of course say other things as well.

Gotta go for a bit but I also agree smokers dont smoke people and Seeker(s) try to target people if possible you have claims of non smoker from

That’s risky, if we have an Elim seeker, then we’re letting them find out who has what, and depending on whether they left us a coinshot or lurcher or anything, then they could find that out and target them. It doesn’t look like that’s the case, but it’s there’s a world where the people claiming to be smokers are Elims trying to disguise that they have the seeker. I haven’t had a lot of people tell me their smokers, so idk how many have told all of you. That number would say something

They can only steal one of each power, since by default there's only one of each in the Village

I think the chances of an elim seeker are slim, and also it's better to be able to have a seeker hard clear a villlage or find someone is elim and take the chance of an elim seeker finding a role, as although roles are important, finding alignments of elims is what wins the game.

Just the number, if you don’t want to tell me who that’s fine. I’d just like to make sure we have multiple smokers and it’s not just the Elims pretending

okay, so vibes

Doc is giving village rn. Sure I said earlier I know he's village and will defend him to the death, but legitimately the vibe hes giving in PMs is the kind of thing I like.

Ksauce is fairly neutral for me. I have been pretty friendly in the past with Ksauce, like Doc, so theres an unhealthy amount of bias in my feelings rn, but I liked how he reached out to contact me. He did also claim Smoker immediately, which is alignment indicative, but something about the vibe feels wrong. It makes sense for the elims to hide among the Smokers. Also asked me some interesting questions, abt Fura, who up til now I've had no real contact with.

Hoid, I've had limited reactions with, but has been very honest and up front thus far. Clearly busy irl, but I respect the energy.

I have been told in pms that there are at least 6 smokers, though I have only had 3 actually claim it.

edit: I forgot my reasoning: 6 smokers is way to many. If there’s five Elims, all of them claiming smoker this early is so suspicious and a really bad idea as if they get caught using any other ability ( thug or something) than they’re instantly outed
