There are three official one-shots that I know of: First Steps (either solo or group, teaches you the game and leads into Stonewalkers), Bridge Nine, and Speak the Words.

I’ve been brainstorming here are my ideas

-save a budding radiant from Nale or odiums forces

- investigate the diagrams secret hospitals in Khabrathan

-form a resistance behind enemy lines possibly in an odium controlled town.

there's also a 1-shot included with chasmfiend vol 2; we are getting some extra scenarios in September; the shadesmar scenario has been pushed back to fall 2026 instead of spring (so after the mistborn stuff releases, not before); not sure if there is a pdf for the hog heist one shot meric did (maybe in chasmfiend vol 1)

I'm back with more ideas, I'm fleshing them out now for some homebrew so I would love ideas.

- larkin in the tower. When Urithiru is first discovered its during the weeping so stormlight is scarce. There are reports of spheres going dun in the unexploered halls and the party is recruited to find the stormlight thief (spoilers its a larkin that somehow has been hibernating in the tower)

-Ryshadium encounter - the party finds a herd of ryshadium while traveling, the most interesting thing I can think of so far is a horse is injured and needs help finding shelter before a highstorm hits.

-more of a villain but what if there are ardents trying to gain power behind the scenes of a warcamp like a mini Hierocracy

-the party finds a blinking spanreed in an abandoned camp, who could be on the other side?

Does anyone have any 1 Shots they've created or any ideas for 1 Shots that they could give for inspiration?

-A Tai-Na (Island-sized Greatshell) has drifted close to the shores of Marabethia, your party has been asked to protect it from Voidbringers who seek to claim it's massive Gemheart.

-Rumors of a group of Singers who want to defect from Odium's forces, your party is asked to check whether its true or not.

-Voidbringers have stolen a Soulcaster from the Shattered Plains, your party is asked to intercept them in the Unclaimed Hills and take it back.

Looking for 1-shot ideas or examples people have created for inspiration.

Here's one. I call it 'Horizon's Passion'.

It starts with all players as Singer Characters from Khabranth being led onto a boat before being sent out into the seas to fend for themselves. They start in Slaveform, but the game fully starts when the Everstorm hits their boats and allows them to pick whichever Form they have. Human characters are a bit trickier, but you could have them as secret stowaways that hid on the boat beforehand.

The PC's must navigate the ship through the Everstorm without crashing or dying. Roll a Plot Die to decide if there is a small Combat Sequence with Skyeels or not. PC's who chose a Sailing Expertise get advantage on rolls to sail the ship.

The goal is to last long enough through the Everstorm while having the ship take the least amount of damage possible, with a few endings being possible depending on the amount of damage taken.

-The ship is above half-health: The ship i fine to continue sailing, and the PC's now own the ship for themselves, free to sail wherever they see fit.

-If the boat is at or below half health: The sequence ends with the ship crashing into land, PC's taking some damage but all likely surviving. There the remaining survivors must band together to survive the wilderness in the Frostlands.

-If the boat falls to 0 health, the ship breaks in the middle of the sea and the PC's all die.

If the players continue playing after this point, give them a Level up and see where it goes.
