If there were 3, assuming Drake was a constable and TwinStorm wasn't, then they could kindle flames enough to risk a chance of TwinStorm being executed. Unless, of course, Storm had run at night or kindled flame himself. Then, 2 constables would be enough to tie and 3 could get TwinStorm executed. However, it was unlikely the constables would do these things as it could confirm that Drake is one. Or, Drake was just a homesteader and the constables could frame him. @TwinStorm, have you kindled flame or sent a PM? Has @DrakeMarshall sent a PM or kindled flame this cycle? Marna needed to know whether to risk voting.
