Okay. These are our problems:

1. Primals are too OP. Possible Solution: They can only destroy and not create (ik still powerful but maybe like a shard thing? they cant do stuff and cannot intervene. smth like that)

2. Primals backstory is basically goddmodding. Possible solution: No more primals (note: would kinda break the last few pages.

What do you guys think?

I’d suggest keeping the Primals, but making them aloof or bound somehow so they can’t or won’t interact with certain things. Maybe they’re aloof. Maybe they’re in a slumber now that the world’s been created. You get the idea. Then Latent and your other character could possibly be their priests or ambassadors, given a fraction of power from each Primal.
