He thought about that. “Uh…. At least fifty. —oh, that would be great, but… I’m the only one who can go in and out.”

As they approached the infirmary, they could feel the sickening overlap of Lerac's two auras. It was stronger than normal, but it seemed to diminish as they got closer.

Lerac looked at them as they came in. He was back in his dark cloak. It was hard to be sure, but his eyes might have been a bit red, as though he had cried some time ago. "Hi. A lot going on, huh?"

Veer hears the noise, and turns around, running towards the commotion. He stays in the air longer than he should, redirecting his own falling forwards.
