Pic walks back into the medical room, and sees Lundyn crying. He rushes to her side and attempts to place a hand on her shoulder to comfort her.

an odd force causes Pic to be shoved backwards before he can get close enough to touch her. almost like a force field as a stress response, or maybe a last resort. The lights continue to flicker momentarily, before the lights in the hallway go out completely one by one. Sparks fall from them.

An anxious (and very loud) scream echoes throughout Tal's mind. HELP ME!! Lundyn's eyes flash open, glowing a bright white. Her body glitches and shifts unnaturally as she continues to rock. "NO! I DIDN'T KILL THEM!!" Lundyn's wings begin to shiver and vibrate, causing feathers to fall to the floor around her.

Pic panics, and subconsciously hums, using the buzz from wings as his baseline. Pic’s hums grow rapid, having descending and ascending melodies and arpeggios, each more hurried than the last. Energy is forcibly drawn from Pic and flows into Lundyn
